The elegant architectural moldings enhance this tastefully furnished Traditional-Modern aesthetic home, offering various perks such as a security alarm, filtered water, electric blinds, dimmable lights for ambiance, electric blinds a walk-in pantry, and a tankless water heater.

The custom white cabinetry and quartz countertops together provide a picture-perfect large eat-in kitchen complimented by professional grade appliances, including a 48’’ Wolf Range and hood complete, XL Sub-Zero Refrigerator/Freezer, farmhouse sink with Insinkerator, two dishwashers and beverage fridge near the oversized island.

The stylish Family Room has a Samsung Frame flat-screen TV mounted with Netflix/Cable. Work from home? There is a secluded office on the first floor (which can also serve as the 5th bedroom if needed). Fresh linens and bath/beach towels available.

Sliding glass doors along the back of the house connect the eat-in kitchen, allowing for easy indoor/outdoor entertaining.

We lovingly call our home 'Sage Hill' and have put our heart and soul into it. We hope you enjoy the good vibes as much as we do!

NOTE: Guests have access to the entire house indoors and outdoors, with the exception of one closet in the primary bedroom and the unfinished basement, which will be locked. The primary bedroom suite has a wardrobe and plenty of drawers for guests to use.

Sage Hill is a newly constructed modern barn-style house in Noyac, Sag Harbor, a private neighborhood street that ends with a cul-de-sac. Sag Harbor is one of the most charming and unique hamlets of the Hamptons, particularly because of its marinas, waterfront parks, and restaurants.

A Spectacular Stay

Hands down the best rental we have EVER stayed at, it was new construction heaven, just WOW! Everything was brand new. Such effortless style and comfort, we immediately felt at home and our kids loved it as much as we did. There were multiple areas to hang out, so we did not feel on top of each other. The entertaining space is so spacious, well stocked, and well laid out, the kids loved the Den and the huge TV, and we were able to get work done in the office. The chef’s kitchen is a dream. The bedrooms and all the en suites are so spacious and gorgeously decorated, beautiful lighting and artwork all around. The pictures do not do this place justice. There are windows galore, and copious light, it just had such an uplifting feeling. The pool is a delight, the back deck and BBQs wonderful. The neighborhood was so peaceful we felt like we were truly away from it all, while only being a short drive to Sag Harbor, and the beaches. Bridgehampton and Southampton were also only 10-15 minutes away, so it was very centrally located. We had the most incredible time, and Heidi was very responsive and helpful with suggestions, we will definitely be back, with so much more to explore!

We are so excited to share our beautiful new home with you! We absolutely adore Sag Harbor and all its all maritime history, outdoor activities and great food!

My name is Heidi and I grew up in Westchester. I studied at American University and later established a career and my own business in Contemporary art. My husband, Andrew, is originally from Hungary and is in finance law. We met in the city and decided to move out east to start a family as well as enjoy the many splendors of the Hamptons. We especially love bonfires on the beach with friends, feeding the birds and ducks on our nature walks with our 8 year old son, walking our Boston Terrier and kayaking on the bay.

We have been living out east full time for several years. We are hands on hosts who are always available if you need anything at all with lots of insider tips and recommendations. We hope you enjoy Sag Harbor and have a relaxing summer at Sage Hill!

Why they chose this property

Our house is nestled between a beautifully manicured golf course and private woods out back. I adore the heated gunite salt water pool which can be lit up at night as can the mature trees and plantings! We really wanted seamless indoor/outdoor dining and the outdoor heaters and top-of-the-line BBQ with smoker makes entertaining easy and fun. Relaxing by the pool is a breeze too with the fenced in backyard, pool shed, plenty of lounges and sofas. To me, the house is spectacular. The herringbone white oak floors, crown moulding throughout, tray ceilings and a marble fireplace are simply divine. Simply put, Sag Harbor is magical! We always heard wonderful things about Sag Harbor and its tight community and now we get to live the dream.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the location as it's nearby so many fabulous destinations including Noyac Golf Club, Elizabeth Morton Nature Preserve, Clam Island and beach, Trout Pound and Long Beach. In addition, we love that the house offers luxe amenities such as surround sound indoor/outdoor music systems as well as eco-efficient AC and electric car charger. The heated pool with an outdoor shower is a big plus too! You can walk to a Private Beach we have access too--ideal for daily trips to the bay and kayaking. This property has so much to offer!
