Great place for the money. The property has many enjoyable games and entertainment while being close to downtown but just far enough out to enjoy the night sky. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The perfect place for a family reunion! Gorgeous setting, enough bedrooms for everyone (6!), a huge porch to dine on, and a hot tub to relax in. Our host was very gracious, and easy to communicate with. Central location in Sedona, but in a very quiet neighborhood. We hope to go back again with our family. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Great Large Family Accommodations!

We had a family of 8 traveling and this place had enough beds, comfy beds, lots of light and fantastic view, great kitchen, large eating table, nice hot tub (with robes provided) to recoup after a day of hiking, plenty of bathrooms/showers for large group, responsive owners, and comfy living room couches! This was a perfect home for a family vacation with our four adult kids/couples. Bedrooms spaced for privacy. Plenty of common area. Spent hours when not hiking or cooking on the deck and hot tub. Great attention to detail and well supplied kitchen. The fifth bedroom in separate downstairs gave us parents our own space except for the lovely pool and foosball(sp?) games! Highly recommend.

Thank you for such a kind and detailed review! We’re really glad the home worked so well for your family. It’s great to hear everyone had their own space while still being able to come together in the common areas. The deck and hot tub tend to become the heart of the home, so it’s nice to know you were able to spend quality time there when you weren’t out exploring Sedona. And we love that the downstairs suite gave you a bit of a retreat while still keeping you close to all the fun. We’d be honored to host you and your family again anytime.

4 siblings and their spouses shared this home. Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom. 2 extra bedrooms. Large gathering spaces. Deck was awesome, looking out at Cathedral Rock. Great hiking just out back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. Best part was if any issues with the house, the host was super responsive.
We removed telephone wires from this photo, but this is close up of view from deck
