Welcome to BEACH RETREAT! This well-positioned beach house is located on the corner of 30A and Green Street, boasting PRIVATE beach access just steps from the front door (1-2 minute walk). Coffee? Cocktails? Enjoy both from the expansive porch located on the main level. Want a view? Head upstairs to the covered balcony off the Primary Bedroom to enjoy a gulf view or a magnificent sunset! You and your family/friends will have all the comforts of home with a stay at the BEACH RETREAT!

- Bikes are popular on 30A! Rent at SALT AIR (they deliver!) and mention
OutdoorShower for a 10% discount on your rentals.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
- PRIVATE beach access just a 1-2 minute walk! No crowds!
- Direct access to the Timpoochee Trail which provides 18 miles to run/walk/bike to the
seaside communities along 30A.
- Easy access to Alys/Rosemary Beach to the East.

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE
- Private beach access is an easy walk. Proceed south (towards water)
from the home. There is a gulf front lot with a home being built - go to the left of that
lot to the boardwalk.
- Beach chairs are provided with this home. However, if you wish to have a beach set up
(2 chairs and umbrella) you can arrange through Jakes Beach Chair Service.

Senior Spring Break

Several of us moms brought our senior high school daughters for a spring break trip and had a wonderful time! Thanks for your awesome place that helped us make awesome memories!

Second time another great time

Loved having beach chairs there, a few steps down to the beach, gorgeous home with cooking tools, gas range, gas grill, wrap around porch with wonderful fans, birds tweeting in the nearby trees. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. We rented 4 bikes and enjoyed cycling to Rosemary for the Sunday farmers market. Even our 11week old granddaughter slept well. We like the new flooring on the bedrooms and the new white exterior paint. Everyone wants to return next year. Hopefully we can fit with a new grandson due soon.

Prime location for beach trip

We loved the location of this property nearby Alys, Rosemary, and only steps to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The layout of the house was perfect for a group of couples to socialize but also have our own space. The furniture and carpet show some wear and tear as to be expected with a rental property. Excellent property for the price on 30A.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! The location was amazing and there was lots of space. Plenty of beach chairs but you will need to bring or buy an umbrella. This house is so close to the private beach that it is no hardship to lug gear. I do hope the new owners will update the carpet though as it is in bad shape. That was the only negative about this place. We felt like we were staying in a fancy treehouse.and we will be back!
