The Location
On your walk to the sand, you’ll be able to stop in a variety of shops, cafes, or restaurants that line the main street. While staying at this townhouse, you’ll have access to the Fortebello Beachside community pool complete with loungers, new pergola and cabana area. There are even nice paths around the bass fishing pond if you feel up for a stroll on the property's grounds. Jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, and other boat rentals surround this Indian Harbour Beach area. Grocery stores, shopping centers, and plenty of other sites within walking distance help make this townhome the ideal home-away-from-home on the coast! The USSSA Sports Facility is just a 25-minute drive from this townhome so you can attend that must-see game with ease. The local paddle and oars park and yacht club are also a must visit!

The Space
Charming Coastal townhome built in 2019. This townhome offers an open floor plan with enjoyable amenities for everyone. It makes for an excellent home away from home w/ the beautiful open kitchen & living room, 2 king beds, 4 twin beds, sleeper sofas, & room for air mattresses.
The brand new fully equipped kitchen is every chef’s dream complete with a long center island, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Prepare 3-course meals or beachfront picnics with ease.
Unwind from your day with a relaxing luxurious living space. Relax on the large, spacious patio for a game of cornhole, big connect four, or giant Jenga. Enjoy the sea breeze while swaying in the hammocks. Don’t forget the foosball table located in the game room upstairs!
Finally, retreat to the bedroom for a peaceful, quiet night's sleep. Every bedroom is also outfitted with a Smart TV so you can curl up in bed and watch your favorite series. There is plenty of closet space and hangers for all your favorite outfits, and a small luggage rack for your bags. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks a beautiful view of the pool & pond.

There is plenty of parking available! Entire Townhome and Community Pool- codes will be given upon booking.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the entire space; kitchen, laundry, garage, pantry, etc.
- Check-in is anytime after 3PM- Early check-in is available upon request (depending on housekeeping schedule) for an additional $150.
- Check out by 10AM
-Check In/Out instructions will be sent via message the day before.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Noise which disturbs neighbors is prohibited 24 hours per day. Please be considerate.
- Smoking/Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
- A $500 deposit will be applied to the booking credit card the day of arrival and will be refunded back to the credit card 3 days after check-out. This deposit will cover any damages during your stay. Broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable.
- Guest(s) must lock the doors upon checking out
