Private: property 355 m2, small garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, trampoline, central heating system, washing machine. Available: bicycles (2). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 12 km, bus stop 12 km, pebble beach 27 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Private:outdoor kitchen (2 hot plates, dishwasher, fridge).

Suzanas Paradies in Oric

Suzana empfing uns am Anreisetag sehr herzlich. Alles war vorbereitet und nett zurechtgemacht. Bei Fragen steht Suzana immer per Telefon zur Verfügung. Der Nachbar kümmert sich unauffällig um den Pool und das Drumherum. Wer die Ruhe liebt und das echte Istrien (auf dem Dorf) mag und kennenzulernen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiter.

Asunto sijaitsi maaseudun rauhassa keskeisellä paikalla Istiran niemimaalla. Asunto oli erinomaisesti varusteltu ja sieltä ei puuttunut mitään. Paikasta oli lyhyehkö matka kauppoihin ja myös niemimaan kiinnostaviin kaupunkeihin. Omistaja oli todella ystävällinen, avulias ja kaikki asiat hoituvat ongelmitta. Suosittelemme vahvasti!
