We stayed during Freeski Nationals in April, and it was the perfect location for us, and met our needs as far as space, proximity to events and local dining and shops. Thanks!
Easy check-in, great parking, and unbelievable location steps away from American Eagle lift. Very clean property with great balcony overlooking the heart of center village. "Wow" is appropriate.
Our visit was a wonderful time! The BBQ challenge, live music, Rocky Mountain coaster, scenic gondola ride and a little snow in June was fun! Mill Club 405 is clean, nice & convenient. We will definitely stay again! Looking forward to our next trip to visit our son who works at Copper.
This unit is the perfect in the heart of Copper Mountain’s base village. We were able to walk to the lifts, restaurants, and shops all around. The unit is beautifully kept and well stocked with fans and humidifiers in each bedroom, although, the previous tenant left a note on one of them saying it needed to be cleaned - otherwise, excellent stay! The check-in process is actually in Frisco but it was seamless.
Property looked just like the pictures. You can see the lifts, may be able to see concerts when set up. Summer time was perfect, stepped right out door to roast marshmallows. Listened to the center village nighttime

The location can't be beat! Nice view of the slopes. Steps from both the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts! Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The place is nice, but it's a little cramped throughout. The ski locker that is provided can hold, at most, three sets of adult skis. If you have small kid's skis, you can likely fit a couple more sets under the shelf that renders most of the locker depth unusable. Only having one parking spot available for a unit that can accommodate 6-8 people is odd. The description indicates that free parking for additional vehicles is available in the Alpine lot, but then in another place indicates that it costs $20/day. The parking does cost $20 per night for overnight parking, and the lot is about 1 1/2 miles away from the unit, so it's not very convenient. Any of the lots closer to the unit are $55/night.

To check in we had to drive to Frisco (we knew this from reviews), but to our surprise we also had to drive there to return the room key cards and were told we could not leave them in the room. Felt like checking in during the 90s. At checkin they told us the door locks weren't working any place in Copper currently but would be fixed soon. Turns out the door locks had not been working for 3 days and did not work the entire time we were there. This meant no hot tub, no bike storage and long waits to get anywhere. The building we were in elevator was broken too, and we were on the fourth floor having to carry everything including our bikes up and down everyday. We reached out to the rental company they never responded. This meant every time we wanted to get into the room we had to call security and wait for them to show up to let us in which took as long as 25 minutes. That is every single entry into the room multiple times per day we had to sit outside the room and wait. Want to drive into the parking garage call security and wait for someone to show up. The unit was a great location, had been updated, but needed some TLC. One bedroom the windows did not work at all. At checkout I told them that we had reached out with the problems we had with the room, and that we were disappointed we never heard back from them and the person checking us out did not say a single word, ask for details or apologize just said goodbye, literally the only thing he said to me during checkout.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you liked the property minus the problems with the keys and elevator. For anyone reading this, we would like to point out how the condo buildings are managed at Copper. Copper Mountain Resort maintains a key system for all doors across the resort. Bighorn has absolutely no control over that key system nor access to any of its parts for maintenance nor the ability to put our own locks on those doors. Copper had that system go down in mid-July. They worked to get the system up and running again but the only way to open those doors was with the help of their security. The elevator is maintained by the homeowner's association, also managed by Copper Mountain Resort. Bighorn has no control over it, nor access to any of its parts for maintenance. Bighorn manages this particular condo inside the building for rentals and while we don't have any control over the keys and elevator, Bighorn did pro-actively offer refunds to all of our guests affected by the outages. Thanks,
John Forest

We were here to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday with our adult children and their significant others. We chose Mill Club after our reservations for another place were canceled. As it turned out, this was for the better. The location at Mill Club from Big Horn rentals was nicer than our first choice. With 3 bathrooms, three bedrooms and shuttles and walks to everything it was the perfect ski village experience! Thank you!
The after hours check in process was easy. Location of property was ideally located close to the restaurants and activities that Copper offered. We stayed in the summertime and felt the upstairs bedroom was too hot for sleeping. There wasn’t A/C and the window didn’t fully open to allow the cooler outdoor temps to cool off the room. Overall the property was accommodating to most of our needs. We just needed to adapt to using 2 of the bedrooms instead of all 3 due to the warm temperatures .
Place was very convenient to skiing. Probably as convenient as you can get. Place did look much nicer is the pictures vs. in person. Little dated with the furniture, bedding, and definitely highly used. Could use some updating. Kitchen is updated and bathroom counters are but the showers are small and don’t drain well, water is either scalding hot or cold. Overall the place works if you are looking for excellent location and don’t mind an older ski lodge feel. We just would have expected nicer furnishings and updated bathrooms for the daily/weekly rate. Slightly overpriced for what you get.
Condo was stocked well. Every room had a fan and humidifier. Bathrooms had blow dryers. Fans were definitely needed as the condo did get pretty hot. The patio was great! location awesome! We really enjoyed our time here.
