First time in Lake of the Ozarks

Wonderful condo with lots of amenities. Clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the porch with comfortable seating and stunning views of the lake.

Nice comfortable condo on the lake

This was a nice clean condo. Pool was very nice with lake view. Few problems fixed quickly by owner. We had a great time on our vacation.

Beautiful Clean Condo

We loved Southwood Shores! I grew up staying in these condos and it was so nostalgic to go back as an adult. I loved that we were able to bring our small dog, they were very accommodating. The condo was just as it was pictured. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Updated property in a great location

I am pretty picky about the appearance and cleanliness of a property. This place was very clean and updated with modern decor. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels for the bathroom, gorgeous view of the lake. We had one issue with the location of the boat dock but the property management company came through quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Winter Trip

Only one step into front door, can park right in front of unit. Great for anyone who doesn't do many stairs. 2nd bedroom does experience some noise from parking lot. It was not an issue during our stay, but could be a problem during busier times. Indoor pool area is nice, especially for rainy days or cooler months. Since it was December when we stayed, we didn't spend much time outside. I can't really speak to the outdoor amenities.

Perfect for a family getaway

Location is awesome. Gated property. Boat ramp and access to a dock for your boat. Located in 4 seasons, a very upkept area. Appliances in the condo are all high tech. The view of the lake from the bedroom and deck are awesome. Check in process was a little long, having to do basically the entire booking process over again. Only downsides are the high cleaning service fee, and security deposit. If you boom directly through the agency running this, you'll save roughly 30 percent. Still pretty happy about it. Communicating was excellent. Had trouble getting in the first time with the keypad and they responded late at night fairly quickly and resolved our error.
