A lovely home freshly painted and newly furnished as well as an upgraded home with new tile and bathooms. Short walk across the street to the most pristine beach in Florida! Come for a visit and you will want to stay a lifetime. Cozy bedding with new beds in every room. Nice open floor plan with a split plan and large master bedroom. Fenced in back yard. Quiet street. Owner wants to rent to adults only 28 years and older. 1 dog under 25lbs considered
