Hello! Please message owner for longer/shorter availability! Calendar is not always up to date with pricing and availability. We are flexible with dates and length of stay! The look and feel of a contemporary beach house-the comfort and privacy of your own private home and heated pool! 1 minute walk to beach.15 minute walk to supermarkets, shops, & restaurants. This is our home away from home, and we have made this a truly welcoming and comfortable place to kick back and relax! Everything we need as a vacationing family is yours to enjoy.Fully stocked kitchen, washer/ dryer. Bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and toys, cart to bring these items to the beach, beach totes, pool floats and toys, 2 hdtv's. Hair dryer. Lounge chairs on pool patio, outdoor dining table. Outdoor shower to rinse off after beach, great for even just your feet :) Outdoor gas grill. Free WiFi, and TV. Whether you're looking for an extended stay, or time to visit with friends and family, or just to visit the dynamic and beautiful island of New Smyrna Beach. Contact me for availability, as this is constantly changing!!! No Events.( Maximum allowed on property at any time is 7 people.) Only 6 permitted overnight.

My family and I live in Ohio, and purchased this beach house because we have been coming to New smyrna Beach for 25+ years, and fell in love with the area. We have family that live one street over, so its great to be able to have a home here for extended stays!

Why they chose this property

It’s only one street away from my sister-in-law, so we always feel safe knowing that she is able to keep an eye on it for us when we are not there. Our home is just across the street from the beach, and having a pool was an added plus for us! We are literally 3 houses off A1A at 16th Ave, with beach access just across the street at 15th, 16th, and 17th streets !

What makes this property unique

Private(but unsupervised) pool, in a peaceful enclosed backyard. Plenty of Beach supplies including a cart. Local restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
