Custom Built Cabin/House Surrounded by Gorgeous Views in Serene Donnelly

Experience our distinctive, 2450 sq. foot cabin we call “Loomis Landing” and you’ll be immediately enveloped in a relaxing, get away from it all environment. We consider this our “home away from home” and have personalized it for a casual laid-back style of living. You too will feel at home with the boho-lodge inspired tasteful décor, cool touches of new lighting fixtures, unique wall treatments and even authentic antique skis and snowshoes hanging on the walls.



Guests appreciate the Instagram worthy ambiance and carefully thought out amenities you want (and a few you never knew you needed!) for a stress-free escape. We’ve even stocked the cabin with extra amenities such as board games, cribbage board and cards etc: for your stay.
Surrounded by gorgeous Mountain views, Loomis Landing is a 5 minute drive to downtown Donnelly. It’s just a 20 minute drive to downtown McCall and Cascade if you choose to wander.





Loomis Landing includes:

A fully stocked kitchen with place settings and glassware for 12, numerous kitchen utensils, a complete array of pots, pans, and baking sheets and even a stocked spice rack all for your personal cooking tastes. You’ll find a 2 day coffee supply to start your day off right. There’s also a disposal and dishwasher for easy clean-up and plentiful kitchen towels and pot holders.




> The bar counter has seating for 4 people and the separate dining room with seating for 6 people is steps away.

> The great room has a new, cozy sectional (folds out to be a queen bed), a 65 inch smart tv and a wood pellet stove. Relaxing on the couch for a quick read or TV binge watching will be hard to resist. There’s very comfortable seating for 6-7 people
.
> Each of the four bedrooms feature an authentic log bed with new mattresses, plentiful pillows, throws and linens. The Master has king bed and ensuite full bathroom. See pictures for all room configurations.

> All bathrooms have plush towels, shampoo, hair dryers etc: for all your bathroom needs.

> The laundry room has large top load washer and dryer. We’ve provided laundry supplies for 10 washes to get you started.

> On the back deck, you’ll find a propane barbecue ready for grilling. A 3 person hot tub is waiting for you to dip into. There’s also chairs perfect for afternoon napping or enjoying some quiet time.

> Outside is a large driveway for trailer parking and space for parking 6-8 vehicles. In the two car garage (one bay for parking) you’ll find kids bicycles, cooler, outside games, chairs and table for outside fun.

> Just want to relax and not cook? No problem! Our “Looming Landing Loves List” will guide you to area restaurants, bars, take-out, bars and coffee shops. Our complete guide book of helpful hints for the perfect getaway is located on the kitchen bar.



> Scenic mountain views surround you while recreational opportunities are close by including: 2.1 miles from Boulder Beach with day use area boat launch on Cascade Lake. There’s a large public beach to lay on to get that golden tan. Beach towels are included for your use.

> 20 min to Tamarack Resort for biking, hiking, zip lining, sledding, skiing, snowmobiling and restaurants to quest your thirst after activities

> 20 min to Gulf Fork Hot Springs & West Mountains
> 11 easy miles to downtown McCall & more
> Easy biking trails just outside the doors
> Massive amounts of snowmobile trails are simply minutes away
> When your stay is done, we ask for garbage to be taken out (cans in garage) and dishwasher to be run. Be sure and write your comments in our guest book for others to see. Other than that…walk out the door until next time!

• Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
• Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes.
• Pet policy: With the homeowners having severe pet allergies within their family, this home strictly prohibits any pets from staying, visiting or residing within it.
