Our families enjoyed our stay at your property. They loved the hot tub, sauna and turkies that came to visit. We would highly recommend this property to stay at. We had nine family members and had plenty of room. Another bathroom in the basement with a shower would have helped us get ready in the mornings before our adventures, but we made it work. Thanks so much!!
Perfect for our group. Sadly the sauna did not work, but was not on the owner, i think the last people who stayed were not very nice to the property, and did not follow all the rules. But overall this place was perfect for us!
And the property owner stayed in contact to make sure everything was perfect.
A group of families stayed at this house for an all-star baseball tournament in Kalispell. Its location was great, a few miles out of town and away from the crowds in Kalispell on 4th of July weekend. It sleeps 12 and we had 12 guests. It worked out great accommodating all of us. The only downside is it only has 2 bathrooms and one is connected to the master bedroom which can be a little inconvenient. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
Happy Trails was a great place for a quick grilled supper and place to sleep as we had busy days out exploring. There were many great things that were thoughtful and a few areas that were maybe a oversight with the cleaners. The sauna was a little dirty, the patio was full of pine needles, bathroom hand soap was empty, bees coming and going from between the siding right by the front door, the door knob had to be tightened before it fell off. Otherwise for sleeping, showering and eating all went well.
Overall it was a great location to Under The Big Sky and downtown Whitefish. The house layout was really good for larger groups but with one caveat, one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom and there is only one other bathroom for the main part of the house for everyone else and we had 11 people. Cleanliness and upkeep could have been much better. Hot tub was murky, Sauna was falling apart and not vacuumed out, lots of dust inside house, shower pan and tub in both bathrooms needed repair or replacement. I received automated responses and did not here back from anyone when asked for feedback.
Family trip to explore Glacier. 9 adults and one 5 five year old. Overall, good stay.
Pros: good location, well appointed kitchen, lots of towels, hot tub is great, sauna was a new experience, nice sheets, good communication with house manager
Cons: listing said propane BBQ, which it didn’t have and charcoal bbq needed to be cleaned, was molded. Hard to find house in the dark, needs house number that you can see, beds were a hard memory foam, no bathroom downstairs and with one bathroom in the master, little bit of a challenge with 10 people, one downstairs room has a Queen trundle, which might be weird for some, other room had a this machine running whole time, which made hard to sleep.
Updated space with lots of amenities. Overall a good property to rent for groups of 10+ Our only items that could have been better would be to include a bathroom in the basement, 2 throughout the house can be a bit of a hold up. Overall enjoyed the rental and its proximity to whitefish, west glacier and Kalispell
