The 30m ² one-room apartment has a cozy living area with small kitchenette, sitting area and bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room you look into the open sleeping area - double bed and extendable single bed. The ideal size for two to three people. Tyrolean cozy and above all sunny!
Our family-run house is located in a central, quiet location with an unforgettable view of the mountains from and around Ellmau. Whether summer or winter, our house is the ideal starting point for all leisure and holiday activities! 27-hole golf course, playground, riding stables, tennis court, ski schools, lifts and cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. To relax, we offer a flowering garden with swimming pond, sunny lawn and rustic garden shed. For the health: table tennis and fitness room, sauna and solarium. Pets on request.
