Fantastic option for Horse show participants

This basement apartment is a great option for one or two parents and a couple of kids participating in horse shows at nearby Traverse City horse show grounds. The main bedroom and living room are extremely comfortable and there is an extra pullout couch in a game room. The kitchen, while small and in the same space as the shower, is sufficient for quick breakfasts and basic meals for people who aren’t going to spend a lot of time in their accommodations. The location is lovely, especially for parents or guests who want to do some walking or running on trails during free time. Host is fantastic, very accommodating and helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again next time we come to the horse show.

This property is only 5-10 minutes from Great Lakes Equestrian Horse Show and Bayside Park Beach. 15-20 Minutes from downtown Traverse City, City Beeches, restaurants, shopping. Major department store "Meijer" store for groceries, clothing, pharmacy, etc. is 1 1/2 miles from apartment.

What makes this property unique

Super quiet neighborhood, hiking, biking in the VASA ski and hiking trails surround this neighborhood. Super Low traffic as this location is at the back of the subdivision. All homes in this area are surrounded by mature trees. Neighboring homes are far away and secluded.
