The morning sunrises are perfect as you drink your coffee from the screened in lakeside porch. Grill your favorite foods right from our back deck, or visit the many local restaurants. You will be close to wineries, breweries, local shops, several golf courses, downtown Traverse City and the iconic Village at Grand Traverse Commons. Sleeping bear dunes National Lakeshore, Lake Michigan, Leland, Frankfort, Crystal Mountain are just minutes away. Peaceful getaway

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of places, this by far is the cleanest we have ever stayed in! Dean and Renee were on top of all communication. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. Watching the sun come up over the lake with a cup of coffee is great for the soul. We will definitely return.

Peaceful Cabin on Bass Lake

This cabin had everything we had hoped for. It Is very comfortable, enjoyed the fireplace and having it right on the lake with kayaks (if only the weather were better). The lake is so beautiful and the screen porch and the covered outdoor swing were so nice. There is even a well marked trail in the Forest Preserve across the street. We loved our week there and plan to be back next summer.

Neighbors Getaway

Neighbors wanted a get away for a few days and found this cute cottage on Bass Lake. Dean and Renee were wonderful and the cottage was spotless. We were surprised to find that it was furnished with everything that we needed. Already miss sitting on the screened porch staring at the water or watching the sun rise. Highly recommend this wonderful cottage on a beautiful lake.

Great stay!

We loved this home! We rent homes several times each year and this home was by far the most stocked we’ve ever stayed at! Everything from necessities to beach towels to coloring and art supplies for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, we loved the available kayaks/paddleboat, and sitting in the screened in porch was lovely. Will definitely stay again!

The lakeside screened deck is just a wonderful space to enjoy.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Near the end of the lake road so no traffic sounds just local paved road usage.
Ideal location to do a variety of afternoon or day trips then come back to a relaxing view of the lake.
