This place was wonderful and we would definitely come back! Charming little suite within walking distance of everything. It’s got a little kitchen with pretty much everything you need. The electric stove probably needs to be replaced - only one side worked. Water pressure in the shower is not the best, but they give directions on how to get it working the best. It’s an older house so to be expected. My husband and I had a weekend getaway and loved it. Thank you!

Low hot water pressure in sinks and shower. Electrical outlet behind Microwave was inactive.Bed comfortable, but loud squeaking when getting in or moving around(I kind of fixed it).Cable TV not working, but had a cable box, streaming only. Internet was adequate.Great location, close to beach.Could use a tv in the Kitchen. Giant clock in Kitchen really broken(we tried to fix, but it's really broken. Just for looks. Very quiet neighborhood.

Thanks for the feedback Perry. I apologize for the water pressure and temp issue. It has been rectified. It took several days but we have fixed the issue in unit 2. The TV is a smart TV so streaming platforms are available. Sorry for the confusion with the box and the remote. Yes the big clock is just for decoration. Thanks for trying to get it working. Comfortable Retreat Near the Beach

Enjoyed and relaxed in the upstairs apartment a block from the beach. It was very comfortable for two people. It was very clean and had beach towels and chairs for the beach. Thank you for the relaxing stay!

Clean and convenient

If you are looking for a place close to the beach, restaurants and stores, Hemingway place is it! It’s a simple, no fuss apartment w/all necessities and close to everything.
