Owner never sent check-in instructions or made any contact.When I called she said she didnt have a vrbo.Vrbo then called and she wouldn't pick up her phone.

Dishonest host

Owner double booked the property and we had to find a hotel even though we booked it first. Getting a Vrbo rep or the property owner on the phone was nearly impossible and we were basically stranded for several hours.
