There is parquet flooring in all living rooms, so the apartments are also suitable for allergy sufferers. The lattice windows give the whole a cozy atmosphere. You only need about 4 minutes to walk to the beach. The apartments have been renovated and refurbished. They each have a floor area of approx. 50 m² with a balcony (upper floor) or terrace (ground floor) facing south. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. Both apartments are equipped with WiFi, radio and cable TV (large TV with LCD screen).

The apartment has a modern kitchen and two bedrooms - one with a double bed (2 single beds with separate mattresses - 90 x 200cm) - the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower / toilet and sink. In the living room you will find a dining area and comfortable seating. From here you go over the terrace with seating in the large, romantic garden.
