Nice apartment with free indoor pool use!
The approx. 52 sqm 2 room apartment with balcony, renovated and furnished in 2017, leaves nothing to be desired for 3-4 people. The absolute highlight is the indoor swimming pool (8m x 12m in size and free of charge).
The apartment is located on the golf residence and is located directly on the Grömitzer golf course in a quiet, idyllic location. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

The brightly furnished living room offers enough space for 3 to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults) and is furnished with a sofa, sofa bed, dining area for 4 people, sideboard and armchair. A 40 "flat screen, Internet, CD player and stereo are available for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with all important kitchen appliances such as a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, etc. The shower room offers enough space for personal things. The apartment is designed in the bedroom and bathroom with a new high-quality vinyl laminate in wood look and in the living room with tiles. From the bedroom with its wardrobe you also get to the approx. 10 sqm roof terrace with garden furniture, as well as from the living room. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of a grove.
A car parking space also belongs to the apartment. A coin operated washing machine and dryer are available for general use, as is the sauna.
For golfers:
In the Golf Club Ostseeheilbad Grömitz you will find a 27-hole course, divided into a PAR 60 short course with 9 holes and a PAR 73 championship course with 18 holes.
The facility also has a driving range with integrated pitching & chipping green and a putting green, which you can find right at the beginning of the facility and of course you can play on it without a fee.

Schöne Wohnung

Wohnung war sehr schön, wir würden nochmal wiederkommen :) Vermietung war nett und Hilfsbereit :) Wohnung war Fußläufig erreichbar bis zur Seebrücke:)

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und nett renoviert. Im Gebäude sind mehrere Wohnungen, teils Ferienwohnungen, teils dauervermietet. Der Komblex ist ebenfalls ordentlich und liegt ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, am Golfplatz. Zum Meer ist es etwas zu laufen, daher war ich mit dem Auto unterwegs. Am Anfang der Straße sind 2 Supermärkt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche gab es auch ausreichend Utensilien zum Kochen. Alles schön, auch das Bett. Es hatte eine hohe Matratze.
