The 2-room apartment "No. 1" in the Kim house is on the ground floor and can accommodate two people plus a child in a cot. The living space of the approx. 50 m² holiday apartment is distributed over a living / dining room - from here you have access to the furnished terrace. The living / dining room is provided with a cozy seating area, dining area and TV. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. (There is space for a cot). The bathroom with shower & toilet is accessible from the bedroom. Functionally equipped kitchen u. a. with a 2-ring hob (ceramic), extractor hood and microwave. The apartment is completely tiled. Max. Occupancy of the apartment with 2 adults and 1 child up to max. 2 years.
About 7 minutes walk to the beach.
