About this property
Holiday house for 6 guests with 60m² in Grossenbrode (5170)
Our stilt bungalow (total area 60m²) is modernly furnished with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy this view from the 13m² covered and partially glazed veranda.
You live on 47m ² - fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, shower room, 1 living room / bedroom (sofa bed - lying area 160x200cm) and 2 small children's rooms with bunk beds (4 beds 90 x 190 cm). Of course, the living room composes a flat screen TV, DVD-Blu-ray player and a small music system with USB / Bluetooth connection. In the shed under the house there is a grill, deck chairs, beach chairs and beach toys for the little ones. You are welcome to store your bicycles brought here.
WLAN: We are pleased that we can offer you WLAN in our accommodation. Since the provision is made via a mobile network, the use of streaming / on demand services such as b. Daxdome, Netflix, Skygo etc. not possible.
Pillows and duvets are available for 6 people - bring bed linen and towels!
Our small beach can be reached from the house within 3 minutes (130 m) on foot.
The pier, main beach and promenade with restaurants and shops are approx. 1,200m away / 15 minutes on foot. The spa facility is located here. You can easily reach the marina on foot via the promenade.
The bungalow was completely renovated inside in spring 2017 and outside in 2018.
