Beautiful 3 bedroom home on a quiet cul de sac near Simpson Park. Single level home with ease of access to lakefront-no treacherous climbing. Launch your boat from the park and then dock in our cove. Quick access to open water. Dock with second level for sunbathing.
Large rear deck with grill. 2 of the 3 bedrooms overlook the lake. Sleeping arrangements include master with king, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a third with bunk twin beds.
Open concept primary living space with fully equipped kitchen, with your choice of Keurig or traditional coffee brew. Table seating for eight.
Enjoy wifi, smart tv and cable. Wander outside with equipment for cornhole, basketball, fishing, or kayaking!
The home is minutes from Hwy 53, Gainesville Marina, and Gainesville itself.

Great location

Perfect location right on the lake in a nice quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Gainesville, restaurants, grocery, etc;. House is very nice, clean, with everything you need. Would definitely stay there again,

You had me at the waffle cone chocolate candy!

Super nice place, right on the water, easy walk to the dock in a quiet cove. 2- story dock with electricity was really nice to keep our boat out of the weather.

Amazing Retreat

This lake house was the perfect place to stay! My family and I enjoyed everything about it from the view, the easy access, the fire pit, and the comfort that the house provided! Excellent location along with plenty of things to go do with in 30 minutes! It was very clean and ready whEn we got there and we loved every minute of it. It was an awesome place to stay!

What a Gem !! The house was perfect, the rooms large, everything looked brand new and all of us who stayed there agreed that the house and its water front location were first class, all the way.I have a son who also lives on the water near this rental so we hope to rent this lovely home again on the future when we have more family get-together !!

I have stayed here before. Our stay was amazing. Since it was for the Christmas holiday, I asked if the house would have decorations. The owners went above and beyond to decorate for us. The location is perfect for my family to meet up. 5 Stars all the way

My Wife's Birthday

We came for a fun and relaxing weekend on the lake and we got everything we wanted plus more. The property is better than the pictures. The house is laid out well and spacious. The dock is amazing, we went swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. We grilled on the deck and roasted marshmallows on the fire pit. All ages enjoyed.

Feels like home

We loved this lakeside house. I think it’s the cleanest property I’ve ever rented. Lots of nice extras like kayaks life jackets towels k cups etc. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!

My Dad and brothers stayed here for our yearly fishing trip. Everything about the stay was perfect! The host was great, location on lake could not have been better, and the easy walk way to the lake was perfect for my Dad whos getting up there in age. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, and plenty of room in house.

Amazing Location

Everything about this stay was perfect. I have used VRBO many, many times. This was by far the best. The house was spotless and was fully stocked with all of the basics needed. The lake location was quiet and very enjoyable.

Great lake rental

Great north end location. The house is renovated with an open layout. Conformable beds. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of lake toys to keep you busy. Quiet cove. Nice dock with a easy walk to the house.

Great Property

We've stayed here twice now, the new owners are just as friendly and communicative as the previous ones. The dock is spectacular and it's great to wake up early and watch the deer from the back deck. The fire pit is AWESOME, though we didn't use it much as I'd hoped since it was SOOO hot during our stay. We will definitely be back in the next few years, thanks for hosting us!

Deep Water, Lasting memories

Loved the house-it was well stocked to welcome us in, plenty of room & cozy, too. Everything we needed for lake fun: SUP, Kayaks, floaties, fishing gear and a great dock! We spent most of our time on the dock, but when we needed to get out, we were a short drive to Gainesville Square and all it has to offer. Host was responsive to any of our questions.

Lake Cove home

Wonderful place! Location, activities, peaceful, all were great. All the supplies and accessories you would need.Only issue would be the internet. It’s very slow for computer work and at times the tv shows. However, it does work, just slow.Otherwise, would recommend to anyone. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great Location on Lake Lanier

Really enjoyed our extended weekend on the lake. The home and property are located on a quiet cove and road. Love that part of the lake as it is less crowed than the southern end. House is nicely remodeled and tastefully done. Easy walk to the water. Spent time sitting on the dock, fishing, boating and hanging out on the deck. Didn't use the new firepit, but it too is well done. Would definitely recommend.
