Make yourself at home in this 5-bedroom Gainesville retreat.
This awesome house features 3 king beds and 4 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer, guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
The 4 bathrooms offer a mix of showers, bathtubs, and even 2 jetted bathtubs for ultimate relaxation.
Plenty of fun can be had down at the double decker private dock where you will find kayaks, a paddle board, and a lily pad! Or you can layout and take in the sun on one of the loungers!
After a long fun day down at the lake come rinse off at the outdoor shower before relaxing in the hot tub!
If you want to get competitive start a tournament! We have a pool table, ping pong, cornhole, even a giant ConnectFour! Not to mention the games and puzzles! There is something for everyone!
The kitchen is stocked with all the luxuries of home including an air fryer, toaster, Keurig and full size coffee pot, crockpot and crockpot mini! We have all the glassware and dishes you will need!

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the hot tub is covered & kayaks & paddle boards are behind the tree at the shore. Place all lifejackets on the hammock. If lily pad used roll up & return it to the mud room.
Please turn propane tanks to the off position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
