We absolutely adore our home in Prominence, and we’re confident you will too! Located just steps away from The Big Chill, a lively open-air venue offering restaurants, boutique shopping, and family-friendly events, there’s always something to enjoy. For a change of scenery, take a short drive or bike ride to the charming towns of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, or Seaside! Or, just relax at one of Prominence’s two sparkling resort-style pools, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun.

About the host

A little bit about us! Jason and I are almost "done" raising our four kids. The last two are juniors in high school. We all love the beach and the sun. Jason has convinced me to try out golfing so that's on the list this summer. We fell in love with 30A after vacationing down here with Jason's parents. We love the vibe of the different communities and seeing families riding bikes and golf carts everywhere. It just feels like vacation!

Rest assured that we will take care of you. While this home is a newer purchase for us, I am a Realtor in Chicago and manage other vacation homes. We wanted to provide better service that what we experienced working with the bigger management companies. Our goal is to earn your five star review.
What makes this property unique
Favorite things about our townhome! We love the double doors that open up to the deck. We enjoy our coffee in the morning sun! There are always families enjoying themselves in the neighborhood -- whether it's at the pool, The Big Chill or grilling out. We also love the airy feeling of the townhome -- high ceilings and fresh colors!
