30A is the place to be! Prominence is conveniently located in between Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside and offers two community pools including one with zero entry. Community bbq grilling area. Family-friendly area across the street from The Big Chill where you can enjoy live music, outdoor movie nights, great food options and boutique shopping. Take the golf cart for a spin to the beach (a short ¾ mile drive). Ask me about various close by beach options. Our townhome is freshly furnished and painted. We love sitting outside on the back deck and enjoying our morning coffee! We hope you will too!

About the host

A little bit about us! Jason and I are almost "done" raising our four kids. The last two are juniors in high school. We all love the beach and the sun. Jason has convinced me to try out golfing so that's on the list this summer. We fell in love with 30A after vacationing down here with Jason's parents. We love the vibe of the different communities and seeing families riding bikes and golf carts everywhere. It just feels like vacation!
Why they chose this property
Rest assured that we will take care of you. While this home is a newer purchase for us, I am a Realtor in Chicago and manage other vacation homes. We wanted to provide better service that what we experienced working with the bigger management companies. Our goal is to earn your five star review.
What makes this property unique
Favorite things about our townhome! We love the double doors that open up to the deck. We enjoy our coffee in the morning sun! There are always families enjoying themselves in the neighborhood -- whether it's at the pool, The Big Chill or grilling out. We also love the airy feeling of the townhome -- high ceilings and fresh colors!
