Our apartment "garden" is a beautiful, bright and friendly furnished comfort apartment, with a sun terrace and an additional covered patio, for 2-3 people.
The living area of the approximately 45m² Non smoking apartment in a privileged location is divided into a living / dining room, a separate kitchen and a hall, a bathroom and a bedroom. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa (sleep function - 180 x 200 cm), a chair and a TV wall and a dining table, a TV and a stereo system are available. From the living room you can access the furnished sun terrace. The bedroom, which is quietly situated in the garden, has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two bedside tables and a wardrobe, from where you can access the terrace. The separate kitchen is u. a. equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 hobs, coffee maker and other kitchen appliances. The daylight bathroom has a shower, toilet and a vanity. In front of the entrance there is a covered seating area. In the garden there is an additional seating area as well as a barbecue area and two sun loungers.

The path to the fine sandy beach and the lively beach promenade with its restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques is only about 3 minutes walk and through the hotel's own garden you have direct access to Grömitzer spa park. Various shops are also within easy reach by car or on foot.

The short distances and the quiet location make this apartment an ideal accommodation for a varied as well as carefree and relaxing holiday. Quick you are "in the middle of the action". However, if you do not feel like going for a beach excursion or strolling on the beach promenade, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace that belongs to the apartment, look into the green or just relax and the weather should not invite you to stay on the terrace A covered seating area is another way for you to still be outdoors and let your eyes wander through the trees of the adjacent spa park. Appropriate garden furniture is of course available.
