The Haus am Stadtpark is a charming semi-detached house. Fresh colors and comfort awaits you here. The open living room on the ground floor invites you to relax, cook, quench and enjoy.

The red kitchen.
She is the eye-catcher in the room. The chic lady is fully equipped and seduces almost to magic.
Dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven, Tefal pots, Thomas dishes, WMF cutlery, coffee maker and toaster make your vacation a pleasure. The spacious dining area connects the kitchen with the living room.

Terrace with garden.
From the cozy living room with flat screen TV you get to the beautiful south-facing terrace. Here you will spend great hours. If the weather cooperates, this is the absolute favorite place. a small garden and the view of the Burger Stadtpark make the idyll perfect. Sit back. Our garden furniture is wonderfully comfortable.

Sleeping is going on above.
The bedroom with double bed, flat screen TV and large wardrobe is located upstairs. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful island dreams and have a good night's sleep.

The bathroom is a salon.
The stylish bathroom offers quality and comfort. It convinces especially by its size and great color choice. Underfloor heating and the Grohe spa shower are very popular during the winter months.

The converted attic offers two more sleeping places. Cozy single beds and a flat screen TV make for cozy hours.
In the basement you will find a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer.

Parking directly at the house.
Parking is available directly at the house. A comfortable arrival and departure is thus granted.
Even bicycles or sports equipment can be easily and safely stored.

Animals.
Animals are unfortunately not allowed in the house at the city park.
