Beautiful, family-friendly holiday home in a quiet yet central location! The 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the right side of the ground floor of the house at Reiterkoppel 49a. The bright and modernly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one for 2 people and one for 3), and 1 bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.

The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi provided by a third-party provider.
A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler seasons.

A modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area for up to 6 people is also at your disposal.

The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and heated towel rack ensure a comfortably warm shower experience. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. A roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. An ironing board and iron are also available.

The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (with a radio alarm clock), and the children’s room has a bunk bed with a lower bunk measuring 140x200 cm and an upper bunk measuring 90x200 cm. The children’s room has an additional flat-screen TV. A cot, a high chair, and a changing pad are available for the youngest guests.

The living room opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace with a garden.

Garden furniture, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a grill are at your disposal for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings. The apartment includes its own designated parking space.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental. Please also note that even apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap in the applicable minimum rental period between two bookings. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule upon receiving the booking request.

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Burg on Fehmarn, surrounded by greenery. You can reach the Burgstaaken harbour on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by typical seaside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor. At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for all ages, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few. If you’d like to experience first-hand how the fish ends up on your plate, fishing boat tours are also offered at the harbour.
Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand. Here you’ll find the FehMare water park, a white sandy beach with beach chairs, and a spacious beach promenade lined with thatched-roof cafés and restaurants.
From your holiday home, a roughly 15-minute walk along the pretty avenue with its old cobblestone pavement will take you to the centre of Burg. Here you can indulge in a sumptuous meal and shop to your heart’s content.
