Family Friendly Riverfront Get-Away w/Pool & Hot Tub
2-BR Riverfront condo that sleeps 6. Unit is on the first floor with covered deck, full kitchen, dining room, & living room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, free parking for up to 2 vehicles, kitchen supplies (cookware, dishes, & silverware), ice machine, Tiki Hut, covered pavilion, tennis court, basketball court, river/beach access, outdoor grills, & picnic tables. Office loans out the following items on first-come/first-served basis: shuffleboard, cornhole, fishing poles, books, movies, and board games. Weekly boat rental can also be obtained through the office with a new dock set to open again in mid-July! Too many restaurants to list that are within walking distance, most having live music throughout your stay... with plenty of shopping, museums, and other attractions within a short drive. Very relaxing and enjoyable resort for time away, yet still close enough to the famous Florida attractions for day trips as well.

We've owned this timeshare for 15+ years and absolutely love staying there. Unfortunately though, we won't be able to make it this year so we're renting it out instead in hopes that someone else will get to enjoy it. We absolutely LOVE Florida and all the opportunities to explore and think you will too!
Why they chose this property
Come enjoy the sunny Florida weather in an inviting and relaxing environment... where you're close enough to enjoy some of the common "touristy" attractions as a day trip or just enjoy some old Florida charm instead. Located on the Indian River Lagoon makes for great days fishing, boating, or island hopping to look for shells & shark teeth. And there are a ton of different options within a few minutes walking distance for great food, cocktails, and live music. Vero Beach & Sebastian Beach are short drives away, plus there are plenty of small museums, shopping opportunities, nature walks, and fun excursions for the whole family.
