All the air conditioners blew ice Cold. Plenty of towels and hand towels. Propane bottles full and had extra that was full. The grill was fairly new and worked great. Great location for having boats tied to camp. Definitely will stay here again

Perfect location in Venice

Very clean- ice machine was so nice and handy. We never ran short of ice even w two boats and 6 people. We tied our boats up to the dock just outside of back door. Porch was perfectly positioned for the sunrise w coffee. Porch fan made sitting outside very comfortable in shade w temps in low 90โ€™s. Great place to stay on water and watch boats come and go! One of the best boat houses in Venice.

Never see such a lean and new gas grill on all of the houseboats we been staying last 15 yrs. Working propane cooker is a plus for us to deep fry our fish outside.
