Enjoy one of the nicest houseboats in Venice Marina. Located down on 'C' dock at the Venice Marina. It is situated to accommodate boats along the end and side of the houseboat. Our accommodations offer 7 beds in a 3 bedroom / 1 bath configuration. We decided to use 'family friendly' bunk beds with full sized mattresses on the bottom and twins on the tops in Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has a full bed. Bedroom 3 is a loft with 2 full beds. The houseboat also has a full sized sleeper sofa. The entire home can sleep 8-12 people

You will enjoy the large, flat screen TV located in the living area equipped with Direct TV and one in Bedroom 2. The living area and large functional kitchen provide an open concept for guest to visit while watching TV, dining and preparing meals in the fully furnished kitchen. Central heat and air are provided to make your stay comfortable.

Enjoy the large ice machine and charcoal grill located on the deck for use by our guests. There is also a convenient fish cleaning station. The houseboat is also equipped with a fish fryer for your day’s catch.

We have 2 houseboats next door to accommodate larger groups.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are only allowed prior to 30 days of the rental period. Cancellations within 30 days of rental period are only allowed in the event of named tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico that requires evacuation or tropical watches/warnings are issued for the Venice area.. Should the reservation be cancelled within the 30 days of the rental period then the entire rental fee is forfeited and the reservation/damage deposit will be returned. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change in plans, personal emergencies, charter boat cancellation, or otherwise if not done in writing 30 days prior to arrival date.

Great place for a fishing retreat

House was clean and AC worked great. The industrial ice maker outside was amazing for filling the coolers in the mornings before hopping on the boat we tied up right to the back of the house. Would definitely recommend!

Owner needs to do an inventory of cook ware and eating plates. Microwave oven is not working properly. Propane tanks are empty. Need grill tongues. Fish cleaning station needs a little repair.

Great Stay!

Overall, the houseboat was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. There was three rooms. One with queen on bottom bunks, one solo room with a queen, and a large loft with two full beds. The loft and the single room had tv’s and the bunk room did not. The washer and dryer was great. There was good hot water for showers. There was a large ice machine on the front porch/dock. I opted to choose this houseboat because of all the amenities and because the pictures showed the houseboat as having two open sides for 2 boats to dock. Upon arrival, there was only the front open to docking a boat, not 2 sides. We had a friend cancel so this in the end did not pose a problem for us. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again next year. Thank you so much for our great stay!!! A+
