The exclusive and comfortable semi-detached house is thatched and has a floor space of approximately 85sqm. The house is quiet between the lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The house has a parking space and a carport, in which bicycles can be locked safely and dry. The beach is about 600m. The spa center is 150m away. Completed in 2007, the semi-detached house is south-west facing and sunny and bright all day long. It has three bedrooms and two shower rooms and a guest toilet. The house sleeps up to 6 persons (1x double bed 180cm, 1x double bed 140cm and 2x single bed 90cm). There is also a folding cot (125 x 55cm), a high chair and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with *** freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, waffle iron, etc. In the living room you will find a stove for cozy evenings. For rainy days, a TFT-SAT TV, a DVD player, and a games collection are available.
