The apartment is located in the holiday residence 76 in Staberdorf only 100 meters from the idyllic natural beach on the southern island coast of Fehmarn.
The first floor apartment with balcony has a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
The apartment has a car parking and a lockable basement room.
In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine in the laundry room. The house has a lift and bicycle storage in front of the house.
The resort has its own jetty, which is very popular in the summer.
For the small purchase / hunger is on the 500 meters away camping a corner shop and a bistro available, these are open from spring to late summer every day. There you will also find a well-maintained beach with DLRG station, there is also a surf and a diving school there.
The natural beach in front of the house invites you to stand up paddling, wind and kite surfing and surf fishing. Long walks along the coastline lead you east to the lighthouse Staberhuk and west to the south beach and from there to the harbor Burgstaaken.

The 43 square meter two-room apartment was newly renovated in 2015/2016 and has a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) with SmartLine reversible mattresses (me two different degrees of hardness), a dresser and a satellite / cable TV.
In the combined living-sleeping area are wall beds (160 x 200 cm) with left and right-side wardrobe.
The brightly furnished living area offers from the cozy couch with armchair an expansive view of the Baltic Sea and has a satellite / cable TV, radio with CD and DVD. For the Kurzweil in the living room cabinet board games and books are available. Rounding out the living area with a dining table, which is located in front of the hatch to the kitchen.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, refrigerator. Furthermore, you will find coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand mixer, iron and a coffee capsule machine.
From the entrance area with mirrored wardrobe you have a view of the Baltic Sea in front of you.
The shower room has a walk-in rain forest shower.
In the storage room you will find a freezer in front and an ironing board.
On the south-facing balcony, equipped with garden furniture, you can sit comfortably in the evening to listen to the sound of the waves.
In the basement you have a lockable basement room.
