For the perfect rest in every season I offer you a 54 square meter 2-room-domicile. The tastefully furnished for two people with attention to detail Non smoking apartment is located in 1. First floor of an architecturally very attractive, well-kept house in the old town (Wendstraße), only a few minutes from the harbor, market square and from the new lake promenade.
The apartment has a shower room (with hair dryer), a fully equipped with comfortable seating, dishwasher, microwave and toaster fitted kitchen and two beautifully furnished balconies to the south and north side. Living room and bedroom are furnished to the high standards and each equipped with a flat screen TV.
Additional features include: compact compact radio / CD player, clock radio, iron and ironing board.
The car parking space No. 10 is located directly at the house.
Tasteful linens and towels are included in the price.
Note the "Strandläufertage" in season D!
Optional services:
- Additional bed linen 12. 22 EUR per person per stay
- Additional towels 6. 11 EUR per person per stay

Ansprechende Wohnung, aber...
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend, gepflegt und mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Ausnahme: die Betten, denn sie knarren extrem, so dass man wach wird, wenn der Partner sich nur dreht. In der Wohnung befindet sich weder ein Radio, noch ein CD-PLayer; beides wird auf den Internetseiten als vorhanden angeboten. Der geräumige Balkon zur Südseite garantiert Sonne vom Morgen bis zum späten Nachmittag. Er ist mit zwei stabilen Liegen ausgestattet, für die auch Auflagen vorhanden sind, ein Sonnenschirm und ein Tisch sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht an einer "Hauptstraße", dennoch ist die Wendstraße stark befahren und der Straßenlärm stört erheblich, besonders nachts. Von der Wohnung bis zur Innenstadt sind es 10 Gehminuten, bis zum Strand etwa 20 Min. Ein Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke. Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Betten nicht bezogen waren, d.h., die Bezüge und Laken lagen auf den Betten. Bei unseren zahlreichen Urlauben in Deutschland haben wir das noch nicht erlebt. Wenn dies allerdings coronabedingt Vorschrift ist, dann muss man das wohl hinnehmen.
