Enjoy just a 5 minute walk to the famous white sand beaches of Destin, the Pearl Palace is the perfect place to relax and create an unforgettable family vacation!

This fantastic beach oasis features 7 King Suites with private bathrooms and an amazing custom bunk room with two queen bunk beds, it sleeps several large families comfortably. It also features 3 large indoor living rooms, two substantial balconies, a game room, a relaxing front porch swing, spacious pool deck with hammock for everyone to find their own space to enjoy. Each floor includes it's own “Morning kitchen” with coffee makers, ice-makers and mini-fridges. To top it off – there's 8 parking spots!

Enjoy use of the brand new 6 seater LSV Golf Cart and take your family around to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions all within a 1 mile radius!
The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Crystal Beach and features featuring fiber optic lighting with various color modes and a cascading waterfall. The pool deck is equipped with a gas grill, outdoor dining tables, plenty of luxurious seating and lounge chairs for everyone in your group.

Amenities include gourmet kitchen and full-size dining room, luxurious custom designed furniture, granite and marble countertops, oversize porcelain tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, high speed WI-FI, free games and movies, 10 smart TV's for watching Netflix, Hulu, etc (including 2 70” TVs), free beach toys and chairs and carrying cart.

* Elevator access can be provided for guests that have trouble with stairs.

Tankless water heater quit

No hot water for almost two days. Two daughters with infants left early b/c they were afraid of when the hot water issue would be fixed. I thought it was appropriate to get some small refund due to I paid over 15 thousand dollars and expected it to function as needed. Also, they advertised an elevator. Which would have been nice for several reasons but was told by maintenance the elevated was only available for the owners.

Great for the whole family!

We found this home to be exacctly what the listing stated..There were 16 of us and everyone had their own space. The property was clean amd everyone enjoyed the pool. The only negative was that after our 2nd day there we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. I feel like with the price we paid, we should have been supplied with more than juat 2 fays worth.

Family vacation

This is our normal family vacation. Was a beautiful home and area. Not to far from the beach and loved the access to the golf cart. Was easy to get the keys for it and entry into the house. Loved the pool when it was to hot to get to the beach. House layout was perfect for our family. Had plenty of ice for coolers going to the beach. House had a big table and plenty of counter space to fix meals and sit down and eat together as a big family. Loved everything about the house and location. Talking about coming back again and if available, to this house. Thanks.
