Cozy Retreat from Packed Schedule

This home was an amazing place to recupe after non-stop going and being on our feet all day long. Its tucked in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood but so close to everything you could want to do while visiting. There was tons of space and the amenities were lovely and entertaining.

Quiet and lovely place to stay

This was the perfect place to stay. The house is immaculate and homey. The neighborhood is quiet. Communicating with the host was simple and easy. I would absolutely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Lots of room, close to Disney

Birthday trip to Disney for me and my 3 adult daughters. Plenty of room for us all, loved the outdoor space, loved TV's in all the bedrooms. Close enough to Disney that we could uber easily. Would stay again. Thanks!

Birthday trip

We stayed here for my birthday trip to Disneyland. My family of 6 fit perfectly. The house was clean, modern and spacious. Loved the games in the garage. Super easy to get to Disneyland and close. The owner was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the heater. I would book again!

A great spot for small groups

The 4 bedrooms with queen beds was great for myself and my 5 friends. The house itself was well presented, but we were a little bummed about the furniture in the backyard being a bit to dirty to use. This was supplemented by the nice walled in courtyard in the front of the home. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, and it's close to a supermarket and food spots. All in all, a solid stay.

Came down to celebrate Graduation and birthdays. had a great time. Only things I would change is to get pod operated coffee machine and maybe a crockpot. We usually will throw everything in crockpot before leaving in morning so we have meal ready by time we get back. Saves on money and time.

Worth a Try

Rooms were small and very near but the house was beautiful. Very spacious front and backyard. Host was courteous and available. Security cameras are everywhere outside and a professional cleaner arrived at checkout. Only downfall was the gardening service. It added a limitation to our stay. Although it is noted to be expected on Thursdays, they appeared on Friday. The location is in a decent area and the game room was a nice bonus.

AMAZING PROPERTY! WE WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Recently renovated! This house has everything you need. It was clean and spacious enough for our large extended family. The cooling and heat system was perfect. We usually rent a car, so this home is within striking distance of all the stores Costco, Walmart, Target, Ross, Old Navy, Ralphs Walgreens. Enjoyed that we had a Starbucks one minute away. Close drive to Disneyland Mickey and Pals parking structure. We would mobile order Starbucks and hit Disneyland in the morning, come home for lunch and an afternoon rest and then head back to close out the parks. The check-in process was easy. Safety – Great neighborhood, Double locks on gate entry as well as house. Home had great curb appeal and it was so comfortable and cozy. The house was well stocked. I loved the washer & dryer and my husband who is a chef enjoyed the kitchen. There is a game room which all of our children ranging from 6-17 years old would hang out in while the adults enjoyed time in the main house. The hosts really thought about everything that is needed and we were so thankful for the crib. We had instant coffee and hot cocoa packs waiting for us and it was perfect as the weather was cold. Lastly, the host was great. Phong answered any questions we had before the trip and was available if needed. Thank you so much Phong! Well done on your home and we look forward to coming back.

We rented this property for our trip to Disneyland. Perfect location, 10 min drive to the park. Home was very nice, had all amenities and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Check in process and check out was easy.

The place was located only a 10 minute drive to Disneyland, which worked great for us. We needed four rooms, and this home had enough sleeping space for our group. The beds were comfortable - after long days at the park we slept well in the quiet neighborhood. The living and dining areas are cozy (the counter is the dining table). Communication was clear and effective with great directions on getting into the home. The photos in the ad are a little dated, as there are no more trees in the back yard and the BBQ needs a deep cleaning. Inside, there were some things that need minor repairs, but the cleaning job was done well.

35th Wedding Anniversary Trip

We took our family to Disneyland, Cal. Adventure, whale watching, Hollywood & the Walk of Fame, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach, etc! We had the best time and thoroughly enjoyed our VBRO house. The location was perfect! It was super clean, had a great firepit & game room, nice appliances, hot water & cold A/C - everything we needed to have an awesome experience! Thank you for helping us have the trip of a lifetime!

Perfect Stay for Our LA and Disneyland Trip

The house was a nice 10 minutre trip away from Disneyland. Easy to get to shops nearby too. The beds were quite comfortable and the space was great to hanging out in. Our host Phong was pretty good about working with us to alter our accomidations when we needed as well. I would recommend the place if you are looking for something to fit a largr group or family.

Graduation family headquarters

We had a great family headquarters here while our daughter graduates from Biola University. Spacious kitchen, a bedroom for each couple, and a short trip to Newport and Laguna in the free time. Bonus was evening fireworks from neighboring Disneyland! Thanks, Phong, for making things so simple!

Disney/Knotts vacation

Great location, plenty of room, large yard and close to Disney / Knotts Berry Farm. Don’t plan on street parking, very limited. Driveway fits 2 cars easily. I would book again.

Perfect for Disneyland Vacation

We rented the property for our Disneyland getaway. We had 6 adults and 3 children. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. The property was about 3 miles away from the park and it was easy to go back and forth. There was lots of shopping nearby and the neighborhood was quiet at night. It was perfect for our family's needs.

Great place for Family trip to Disneyland

What a great house. We stayed here with our family for a short trip to Disneyland. It is a great space, lots of room, super well equipped. And Phong is so easy to communicate with and a great host. We'd happily return if the opportunity arises in the future.
