Our 3 room apartment (about 49 square meters) is located in 1. Floor of the residential complex "Four seasons" and is designed for 2-5 persons.
You can reach them easily with one of two lifts. From the house to the beach is only about 100 meters.
A parking space for your car is located directly in front of the house.

The apartment has a living-dining room with balcony and partial view of the Baltic Sea, a parent's room, a children's room and shower / WC and a kitchenette.

The house has a coin-operated washing machine and a tumble dryer. A garbage chute can be found on every floor and a bicycle storage room in the basement.

The spacious living-dining room with adjoining balcony has a flat screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player, USB and Bluetooth, two closets, sofa bed, coffee table and dining area. The parents' room has a 1.80 x 2.00 mtr. large box spring bed and a large sliding door wardrobe. The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed and a large closet. The shower room has plenty of storage space for all necessary utensils of personal care.
