Welcome to Holiday Apartment 34 in Building 1 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!

This tastefully renovated, small apartment can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment features a separate bedroom, ensuring you’ll have plenty of privacy even if you’re holidaying as a group of three.
The new, modern kitchen offers all the comforts you’re used to at home: an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. Enjoy the magnificent ocean view from the 4th floor while sitting in the adjoining dining area by the window. A small freezer for frozen foods is available in the storage room.
The living room features a large, comfortable couch that can be used as a sleeper sofa. From here, you’ll have a clear view of the flat-screen TV across the room when needed.
The balcony, which gets sunlight from morning until late afternoon, is furnished with a bistro table and chairs.
The modern, interior shower room—with a glass shower enclosure, heated towel rack, and lighted mirror cabinet—has also been thoughtfully updated—this is where your perfect holiday day begins!

Is your dog simply part of the family, even on holiday? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on Südstrand (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the Feldmark, or on the unspoiled Weststrand near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Resort:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday resort comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts in each building and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee). The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
