Spacious 1 bedroom condo 1 block to the beach. Sleeps 6, plus folding crib for baby if needed. King size bed in bedroom, full size sofa sleeper and murphy bed in living room. Large living room with sliding doors leading to patio which overlooks barbeque grills and hot tub area. 3rd floor walk-up. Full kitchen. Storage unit on ground level with beach supplies (umbrellas, floats, beach cart, etc) for your use. Convenience store and bar/grill steps away. Walmart/Kroger/Tanger Outlets 4 minute drive. Arcadian Shores Golf course less than 1 mile away. Barefoot Resort/ Golf Course and Barefoot Landing featuring shops and restaurants less than 10 minute drive. 15 minutes to Broadway at the Beach.

We are a brother/ sister team committed to making your vacation special. We grew up in upstate NY (near Albany). Jeff lives in Myrtle Beach now. Kelly is still in upstate NY (at least for now).
Why they chose this property
We bought this condo as we love Myrtle Beach and want to share with others. It is steps to the beach. It is in a quiet area but still close to all MB has to offer, including numerous golf courses, shopping, and restaurants galore.
What makes this property unique
Recently renovated with new flooring, appliances, countertops, toilet and vanity in bathroom. Our storage unit on the ground floor has beach carts, umbrellas, floats, beach chairs, etc to make an easy walk to the beach
