This is a beautifully decorated condo, which is located on the 1st floor and is well maintained. We want you to feel like the condo is your second home. This condo has many amenities to offer that will fit your needs during your stay at the beach.

The owners use this unit often when it is not rented, so it is kept in perfect condition. There is a spacious covered deck overlooking the well maintained courtyard. There is a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and a covered grill area with 4 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill available for your use. This 2nd row condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and will easily accommodate 6 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining full bathroom. The couch has a queen size sleeper. There is a washer and dryer available in the unit. The condo has central air-conditioning and heating. The unit is located 150 yards from the beach. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster mixer, blender, coffee maker, and disposal. Cookware, silverware, and dishes are available for your convenience. There is cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom with VCR and DVD in the living room and 2nd bedroom.

Shipwatch Pointe II is located between North Myrtle Beach, and Myrtle Beach in a quiet, private section of Shore Drive just off of Kings Boulevard. This unique area is separate from mainstream traffic, but only minutes away from Restaurant Row, and Barefoot Landing to the north, and Broadway At The Beach to the south. The complex has easy access to over 100 golf courses in the Grand Strand area. It is a short walk to a convenience store, ice cream shop, and the longest public fishing pier on the east coast. Just a short distance away is a Super-Walmart, Colonial Mall, and Tanger Outlet Stores. There is plenty of sand, sun, and fun to enjoy your stay.
Unfortunately, No Pets or Golf Carts are allowed.

This unit is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Arrive at 4:00 PM. Departure at 10:00 AM. See calendar for available dates. You will need to provide your own linens. Cleaning fee is included in your rental fee. We do require a $200 deposit 5 working days after the condo is booked. This is refunded after the keys and parking passes are returned and that upon inspection, that there are NO Damages to the condo. We hope that the condo will be left in the same condition that it was in upon your arrival to the condo. We ask that you vacuum, remove trash and have the bathrooms in the same order as they were upon arrival.

This condo is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and Apache Pier. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable as if we were at our own home. Colleen was great and kept in contact to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything.The overall theme of the condo was nice and relaxing. The pools were great and so was the BBQ areas. I would fully recommend this condo. We have stayed at many places and this is our absolute favorite. We cannot wait to return next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Unfortunatley my stay here is because of the hot tub it was broke so my bones hurt do to arthritas but tthat is my only complain and its knowones fauklt it was leaking so everything else was great

Beach Vacation in Myrtle Beach

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach many times over the years. Our first visit was in the summer of 1977 as a young newlywed couple and loved it so much we didn't want to leave. Over the years we returned for vacation numerous times as our children grew up. The predictably good weather for a beach vacation in July and August coupled with great shopping, recreational opportunities, restaurant selection and generally lower cost of most everything including gas, makes Myrtle Beach a great value! We came this year to introduce two of our grandchildren to the joys of a warm water ocean experience which was 85 degrees! They had moved back east from living in Burbank California since they were born. The Pacific ocean there never gets warmer than 65, so not much fun for swimming in. We traveled 13.5 hrs to arrive from Upstate NY. After arriving, one of the first things we did was to walk down to the ocean to say, "hello", and to feel the waves wash over our feet! I then asked our two Grandchildren who are 7 & 10, " if Myrtle Beach was worth the trip", with big smiles and giggling they responded with a loud yes! Now, about the condo at Shipwatch Point II. Connie, the owner and contact person for our stay, was one of the best I have ever worked with. She made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed for a carefree vacation! From pre-vacation updates, checking in with us during our 2 week stay to final checkout, Connie was the perfect host! The condo was very well stocked as it is their second home and very well maintained. As for the Shipwatch Point II amenities, my only complaint would be, the outside pool water was not being maintained properly. It was cloudy with a lot of sand and debris on the bottom and floating in the water. We did not end up swimming in it while we were there. It would be helpful if renters who use the pools would be responsible enough to use the two outdoor showers to rinse the sand and salt off instead of just jumping into the pool, leaving a mess for someone else to clean up. The indoor pool was fine as was the hot tube, although the jets didn't turn on when pressing the timer button. In general, the property is well groomed and cared for outside of the outdoor pool. The short walk to the beach is perfect and there is a inlet where you can find some nice shells at low tide. A very short walk south on the beach is a bar called Ocean Annie's, with all day live music!

Me and my son have stayed in same complex for 6 years now. This condo is by far the best one yet. The property owner was very attentive to us in regards to checking in and the enjoyment of our stay. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Clean, close walking distance to a clean beach, nice place to stay

My wife, sister in law and myself stayed at this property for 12 days. On the day of arrival Colleen was there to meet with us with any concerns, questions or any assistance we needed. Bob and Colleen Bradley are awesome owners and was always helpful, supportive at all times. There place makes you feel right at home, some clean, quiet, peaceful and everything you need for your stay. We done a lot around Myrtle Beach and there place was so close to all attractions we booked. The beach is a short walking distance and clean at all times. The landscaping on the property is always cleaned daily by a great crew and friendly crew indeed. If we were ever to go back to Myrtle Beach we would sure pick this one and only this one for sure. Parking is easy every night we were able to park under a covered carport right under there condo. GREAT CONDO!!! Thanks again Bob and Colleen Bradley Your the best!!

My husband and I shared our 31st wedding anniversary at Colleen and Bob's lovely condo. We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Their condo was clean and neat. The mattress was a bit too firm for hubby and myself & we missed having a hair dryer, but our overall stay was very nice. Colleen was very nice & attentive. Yes, we would recommend their condo to anyone wanting to vacation near the beach.

My husband and I where raised on the east coast. We both enjoy playing golf and spending time at the beach. Myrtle Beach offers both of these points of interest. That is why we chose to come to this area.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I looked for a while to find the perfect location and unit in Myrtle Beach. We love that we can be away from the noise and traffic of Myrtle Beach, but we can get to many locations in a short period of time. This unit makes you feel like you are in a paradise with the well shaded, grassy courtyard. The grounds provide a very soothing, relaxing environment. Just a short distance away, you can walk to the beach, where there is plenty of sun and fun.

What makes this property unique

The condo provides you with many amenities that you have at home. The condo complex has indoor and outdoor pools, a Jacuzzi, and charcoal and gas grills to really relax and enjoy family time together. You have all the beauty of big trees for shade, and opened areas for sun. The children have opportunities to enjoy playing outdoor games in the courtyard. It is a very relaxing place to visit.
