Shopping, restaurants and amenities are just a few miles away, with the beaches and Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda just beyond. But with a green belt and large lake directly behind the home, you’ll feel like you’ve escaped to the country while you enjoy coffee and the sunrise from the enclosed back lanai, overlooking both the green space and your private, heated pool with LED lighting. Grab one of the kayaks in the garage and slide into the lake for a quiet morning paddle or do a bit of fishing before breakfast.

Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings, plenty of space to spread out, and lots of fun diversions like a foosball table and arcade-style game, perfect for an evening Pac-Man challenge. The full, well-equipped kitchen features brand-new cabinets, quartz countertops and new LED lighting. Stash a bottle of wine in the wine cooler at the new built-in bar to enjoy later. Eat together in the large dining area or enjoy a meal alfresco on the lanai before heading out to explore. Keep it local with the four provided bikes, or hop in the car and head for the beach - and don’t forget to grab the beach chairs and umbrella available for your use.

When you return, cool off in the central AC or head back outside to play in the pool. Fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner, and relax with a little TV in one of the two living rooms. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem - there are six streaming-capable TVs in the home, plus free WiFi and cable. Catch up on any remote work at one of the handy desks, and when bedtime calls, three comfortable bedrooms, plus a den with a Murphy bed await. But don't call it a night before grabbing that chilled bottle of wine out of the fridge and toasting your good luck at booking the perfect Punta Gorda getaway.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter. Homeowner monitors theses routinely and will talk to you through them.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
