Just 15 minutes from the airport, our vacation rental is conveniently located, allowing you to spend more time enjoying all the attractions that Florida has to offer. Plus, with waterfront restaurants and shopping just minutes away, you'll never run out of things to do. This rental property is a spacious and inviting home that can accommodate up to 7 guests. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a beachy, nautical theme and feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep for all.

*A separate agreement from owner must be signed. Since we live in a Deed Restricted community there are certain POA rules that must be agreed upon. We email the agreement and it can be signed digitally.
* Note about pets: 2 dog maximum. They must be 25 lbs or under. Pet fee of $100 per dog per stay.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is Required to sign a Rental Agreement and a Security Hold of $500 to be processed on Guests Credit card by the Host.
Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25 years of age, and primary renter must be present for entire stay.
Dogs only allowed. Must be less than or equal to 25lbs. Pet fee of $75.00 per visit applies per dog. 2 Dog Max .

Great communication with owner. Dawn was always available to answer any questions we had. Friendly, helpful and informative. The house was centrally located within minutes of anything one would need or desire to eat. It is well maintained as well as the outside property. The Heated Saltwater Pool was GREAT!!! We have several friends in the Punta Gorda area and stayed 2 weeks in the house. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood. No noisy neighbors. Every night was a perfect nights sleep on very comfortable mattresses.

Punta Gorda stay at Dawn and Breck’s house

The house was in a wonderful neighborhood. Pretty quiet and nicely located for the things we like to do. The house was very nice. Was nicer than the pictures made it seem. Was very well stocked and comfortable furniture. The pool and lanai are was really great. Spent a lot of time outside. Weather was wonderful too. Would stay again.

Lovely home

This house is very spacious with a parlor (including piano!), living room, dining room and eat-in kitchen. Both the dining room and kitchen tables seat 6 easily. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Enjoyed sitting on the private lanai. Communication with owners was speedy. We loved it and so did our dog! :-)

The weather was terrible but the house was wonderful. Only thing that would have improved it is aspects of the house need fixed but is expected with a vacation rental. Dawn was so incredibly responsive and nice. Checking in and out was a breeze and everyone loved the pool. The house was fully stocked to prepare meals and grill which is amazing when your renting a home and don’t need to by certain things.

Great first VRBO experience

This was our first VRBO experience. Dawn was a pleasure to deal with from booking until we checked out. We were greated with flowers, fruit and candy, such a nice touch. We had a few issues with the new TV. She sent someone to help us and added an app so we could see our favorite shows. She always responded immediately to my questions. The pool area was great. Even our dogs enjoyed lounging in the sun while we went in the pool. Overall, a great first experience.

Beautiful and spacious

The photos dont do this place justice .. its gorgeous and so much room. So many places to sit and relax and eat and great for kids. Amenities are just right. There are some toys and the owner made sure we had floaties for the pool The pool is on the small side but just perfect for children to enjoy and be safe. Great backyard very would have been peaceful except was construction across road unfortunately, roofing etc from hurricane damage. Im sure that will be done in near future . Dawn was always available for question or needs and so responsive! The home is comfortable and very very clean. Kitchen has lovely granite bar and lot of space; nice frig too. We had a fabulous family time. Would rent there again!!

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful home in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet it was only minutes away from excellent restaurants and shopping for groceries and supplies, or a nearby highway that whisked you to local beaches and attractions. Friendly neighbors who would wave at you as you went by, and there was a large neighborhood playground with tennis and basketball courts a few blocks away. The home had all the amenities and appliances you could imagine. My daughter, her husband, and our grandson stayed in the spacious master suite, which was conveniently located on the other side of the house from the bedroom my wife and I occupied. There were multiple entrances directly onto the pool, and, with a four-year-old in tow, we appreciated the locks and alarms on the pool entries. We didn't have to worry about him sneaking into the pool area. With both a separate living/dining room area and family room/kitchen it was easy to break up into groups, with one playing games while the other watched television. All in all, a great home in a perfect location.

Very nice place!

My family and I enjoyed the heck out of this very clean, spacious property with plenty of room for the whole family. My kids lived in the pool and the adults enjoyed beverages on the large patio area around the pool area. The communication with Dawn was easy and was very responsive to all our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone.
