The Space:

OVERVIEW

Magnolia Ridge offers a luxury private setting in a quiet wooded area situated on a ridge overlooking a crystal clear flowing creek along the backside of the property. The cabin features everything from a gourmet kitchen, luxury walk-in showers, luxury linens and mattresses, floor-to-ceiling fireplaces, outdoor living with amazing creek views, and a game room equipped with a pool table, arcade style game console, and flat screen TV to fulfill all your entertainment needs.



Magnolia Ridge offers panoramic views of a crystal clear creek. It is convenient to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown area attractions, restaurants and shopping. As you enter the inviting, fully furnished cabin you'll be surrounded by nature in a great room that boasts expansive vaulted ceilings encircled by floor to ceiling windows for breathtaking views. This area features upscale décor including a dining table with seating for 8, island with seating for 3, and an open concept floor plan with views of the floor to ceiling fireplace from the luxury kitchen. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware to make your favorite meals.



Just off the great room to the right you'll find a master suite with a king size bed, luxury mattress and linens, a closet for storing personal items, and a flat-screen TV. The attached private bath has a large walk-in tile shower with double vanities. On the opposite side of the great room to the left you will find another bedroom featuring a built-in king bed under 2 twin bunk beds. This room features a dresser for storage, a closet, flat screen TV and an attached private luxury bath suite with a tile walk-in shower and vanity.



Across the lodge room reveals the third master suite. Featuring a king bed, luxury linens, flat-screen TV, private closet, and attached bath with an oversized tile walk-in shower and double vanities.



Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing in the hot tub. The outside living provides a TV, sectional, dining table for 6, and a gas grill. Down the stairs you’ll find the fire pit overlooking the creek.



Back inside just off of the kitchen you will find the game room. Featuring a pool table, sit-down arcade style game console and mounted flat-screen TV to cover all your entertainment needs. This room encompasses two twin bunk beds, an attached half bath, and a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS

The cabin features 3 king beds and 4 twin beds. It has 3.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 10 guests in beds. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms and all beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.

The cabin is positioned on 2 wooded acres in the Timber Creek Trails community. The surrounding area offers fantastic views including a crystal clear creek that runs year round. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it’s also conveniently located near some of Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities:

Our stay at Magnolia Ridge was nothing short of amazing! The cabin was in a great location, it was extremely clean and had everything you could need! We enjoyed the hot tub, kids enjoyed the game room. Highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year.

Good location and a beautiful setting. House was clean and inviting. Lots of activities at the house to do. House is not far from restaurants or other attractions in the area. My only concern would be the lighting on the stairs outside in the back,most were not working and could be a hazard at night.

The cabin is spacious, beautiful, and in a wonderful location. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the hosts were quick to respond any time we had a question, which made our stay feel easy and stress-free. While the cabin was very clean, some areas are starting to show wear — the cabinets could use a refresh, the deck furniture has some stains and small holes, and the pool table surface was well-used. None of these took away from our ability to enjoy the stay though.

Great Getaway Weekend

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend stay for my daughter's birthday. The property was amazing! We were able to cook together, and enjoy family time both inside and outside. The view was beautiful and we even enjoyed making s'mores at the fire pit. We will definitely be back!

Sweet 16 Girls Trip

Everything was wonderful! The only little issue we had was getting the hot tub to heat up. The teenagers complained about the wifi, but it was fine and kept them off their phones as much!! We enjoyed the creek behind the cabin, the girls loved the fire pit, the outside sitting area, and the polite was a huge hit!!! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the decor was so homey! We loved everything!

Loved this cabin!!! Elegant and cozy at the same time, very spacious, and the kitchen was to die for! The guys definitely liked the pool table and corn hole. Beautiful Home, Perfect for Couples Retreat!

This house was perfect for us! Love the modern/cabin feel. We had 3 couple so we loved the 3 king beds with ensuites. We used hot tub every night, had all the kitchen amenties to cook dinners. We utilized the grill, outdoor fireplace, games. The house had little wear but thats definately to be expected! We loved our time here and would definitely return! Host was quick to respond and was great to deal with.

Nice but not clean!

Cabin was nice and updated with modern touches. Amenities were nice including the Hot Tub and Fire Pit, unfortunately no firewood was provided for the Fire Pit. We also noticed that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from previous tenants (example: hair in multiple showers, some kitchen utensils were still dirty, and nothing was wiped down). We also were given the wrong entry code so we had to call the main company. Thankfully it was during business hours and they picked up. Overall the cabin itself was a 3 out of 5.

Hot tub and outdoor fireplace broken

We booked this for my daughters 17th birthday and the the girls never got to get in the broken hot tub, wouldn’t warm up. The outdoor fireplace didn’t get fixed til our last night. The indoor fireplace never worked. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth what we paid for 3 nights. We have stayed at other cabins that were a lot more responsive.

We get a cabin every year for Christmas holidays. This was by far my favorite house that we have rented in the last five years. Cozy Homie very welcoming a lot of space for family to hang out and mingle and visit with each other.
