Beautiful penthouse

This was an awesome place to stay. Over the rhine is energetic and a lot going on if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I would give is to park your car somewhere besides the back of the building. I chose to valet it at the casino so it could be under surveillance for the weekend and only about a five minute walk away. 10/10

Penthouse Perfection

Our Alabama family loved staying in the Pony Penthouse for our spring break! The place was so clean and comfortable and felt like home! Yes, there were steps to climb but it wasn’t that bad! The area had lots to do but with children I do recommend getting back at a decent hour especially on weekend nights! Overall, we felt very safe each night returning to the penthouse. Parking was close by and easy to find. Lots of great food and we enjoyed the aquarium, zoo, Eden Park and Devou Park for a wonderful city scene!!

Why they chose this property

We rehabbed this condo and did not cut and corners when doing so. We have a nice hardwood floor with the old school brick accent. Both the kitchen and bathroom were full renovations done within the last 2 years. Its a really nice condo that almost has a penthouse feel to it. I even stay here with some of my girlfriends if we want to have a nice girls night out in Cincinnati.

What makes this property unique

Vaulted ceiling with large skylights. Very large downtown space with a massive amounts of space for downtown. In walking distance to almost anything downtown.
