Scallop Queen home just minutes away from boat ramps, Three Sisters Springs and public parks. Less than one mile to the river. Perfect get away for Scallop season or to swim with the manatees! Large back yard big enough to store boat trailer during your stay. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sleeps 6

The place is very nicely decorated. That being said, there were issues with this place. Location was great. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Dirty sheet pan in oven, no pillow protectors on any pillows which were quite stained. The flooring in main living area is bad. Loose planks, planks actually coming up. Brought this to the attention of the owner who stated that was how a floating floor should be. I disagree, I own a VRBO property with a floating floor, and this one needs to be redone. Overall nice place, good value but needs better upkeep.

Swimming with manatees

Its a beautiful property in a great location just down the road from the Plantation Resort. The house was perfectly sized for us with all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay. I will stay again in the future.

Very spacious, well-furnished, and clean. The flooring in the hall had some gaps and made noise when you walked on it, but other than that, it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication with landlord with very clear check in and check out instructions. There was also an informative book giving recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Very close to restaurants, springs, parks, and other things to do. Clean property with working appliances. Great stay!

This home was amazing from the moment we walked in! It was clean and the ac was cold for these hot summer days! Beds were unbelievably comfortable! The house was roomie and had everything we needed! Will absolutely book this house again next year for our annual scalloping trip! I would and have recommended this house to family and friends!

Great home!!

The home was newly updated very nice, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry soap was provided. The set up of the bedrooms and furniture was perfect for our family. They also had board games for the family to play with and my favorite part was each room came with a fan! I 100% recommend this house!

Work Trip

We came over to complete our CDL training in Crystal River. The home was clean and exactly as described. We would definitely rent this home again if we are in the area. I had a question a few days before we got there and the property manager was very quick to respond.

Don't judge this book by its cover.

While the exterior isn't much to look at, the inside of this home is wonderful...a hidden gem. Everything inside is so pretty and clean (just like the photos show)...so warm and welcoming, with all the touches we'd love if we were staying with friends (good towels, soaps, lotions, coffee station). We will definitely return on our next trip to Crystal River.
