Great Stay for a Long Weekend!

My friends and I came down for a bachelorette party - this was the perfect place for us, we had a wonderful time and the location was fantastic for everything we wanted to get out and do! The property was clean, the host had wonderful communication, and it was extremely comfortable!

Great place!

Property was in a great location! Set up is great for a big family or group of friends with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom off of each. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was great with communication as well!

Everything was clean and as pictured online. The view was beautiful and the location was great for visiting Hot Sulpher Springs, Granby, and Fraser. Watching the fireworks and torch parade on New Year's Eve was a lot of fun!

Comfortable beds and lots of space, lots of towels and basic amenities are provided. Overall, we had a great experience. There were a few things that need an address, but the property manager address them almost immediately. Would recommend!

The location was great. Having a hot tub inside our unit was amazing, since we were so sore after snowboarding. We loved the unit, it was cute and comfortable! Things were easy to use like the fireplace and the hot tub. We are definitely interested in staying again!

Niece's Wedding

Colorado is the one of most beautiful places on the earth and staying on this property gave us the opportunity to enjoy our time. Excellent location and great condo

We had the best time skiing at Granby Ranch and the location of this condo was perfect. Put our boots on in the morning and walk over to the slope and we were on our way to a couple of great days of skiing. The condo was also just what we wanted and expected. There is a great kitchen with big dining room table for us and our friends to gather around. The bedrooms worked out great and we enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub! This place was perfect for our group and we’ll definitely look to stay here again!

Attend our nieces beautiful Fall Wedding

We had the most wonderful time at this property for our family wedding in a nearby in the National Recreation Area. We had 3 couples and it was perfect! Enough privacy, and a great area to make meals, play games or look out the window at the great view! It wasn’t ski season but I can imagine it is an awesome location for that!!! Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

We had a fantastic weekend at this property! Our kids started skiing at this resort when they were 5 years old. We love this mountain. They are in their mid 20's now and once a year we have a Family Reunion up here. Our friends have a 2 Bedroom Condo at Summit, but we needed more room to host this year, so we decided to rent this place for the weekend. This Condo was perfect for that. It has 2 Bedrooms with individual bathrooms, and a loft with 2 more beds and another bathroom upstairs. It sleeps 11. The views are amazing and there is a Hot Tub in one of the rooms. It has a very large Kitchen / Family Room area. It worked out perfect for us, Thank You to the Host, We loved the place and would do it again next year!

Initially I was charged for the weekend and then something came up on their end and they said they would refund my money through Zelle next thing. I know the owners said they had to cancel it through verbo which would take fifteen days to get my money back which ruined the weekend.

Yes we are fairly new to VRBO but we have plenty of experience in the vacation rental industry. Our family also has a condo at Lake Ozark, Missouri and we are currently building a beach vacay home in South Carolina for rentals beginning in summer 2023. We are SO excited about that and all of our vacation rental properties!

This condo is absolutely adorable. We've put in some time and dollars over the last couple of years getting the unit more up-to-date with a fully remodeled kitchen, new flooring throughout, remodeled bathrooms, brand new beds throughout, furniture and decor. We think you'll find it quite comfy!
