We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect location for our group. The open space of the kitchen and dining area was great, plenty of space for us to hang out. The floors in the kitchen and dining area could use some attention but other than that it was perfect for us. The pool and outside sitting area was comfortable and set the vibe for a great day. Publix, Starbucks, a few fast food restaurants and a golf course near by as well as a convenience store. We had a lovely stay and if in the area again, this home would definitely be by on our list.

House was as expected except for the floors. They are quite rough in the kitchen from wear and tear. The owner did confirm they will be changing them soon. If we ever need a house to rent in the Orlando area, we would def consider this one again. We also loved the pool!

We so thankful for this family style place. We enjoyed the pool for children and lots of talking places for the adults.

The property was fair. The house was clean but floors in the common areas were in rough shape. With planks taped down! My mother in her house shoes almost tripped. The bathrooms were very nice but we were given only 3 worn out washcloths! For 3 adults for 5 days!! I had to go buy extra at the store. The landlord said he tried to call me back to tell me how to get more out of the locked station but I wasn’t near my phone at the time and the point is there should have been more and better ones anyway. And the bed in the master bedroom squeaked every time you moved. The pool was nice but not cleaned until the day before we left. It was full of frogs. The furniture around the pool was very dirty. And weeds were all around the patio. The worst part was the lock to get in the door. Apparently the battery in it needs replaced and you would spend 3 or 4 minutes trying to get the menu on the screen to come up. Well the last night it would never come up. In the dark I had to call VRBO and they would only give me the number to put in the pad. Well I had that, the menu to put the number in would not come up!! In the meantime I messaged the landlord and he called but I could barely hear him but he gave me a code to the garage. Well it was late I was tired and the property had not lived up to my expectations so I was not happy. I would not stay here again for the money I paid.

Great property

Very spacious inside and out, modern and clean, appears to have been recently upgraded. Only real complaint would be the well water, which has a sulfur smell to it (kind of smells like farts…)

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our vacation plan. We were looking for something simple and relaxing and it didnt get any better than this. We werent looking for the busy city, or tourist areas. This gem is just outside of all of that, yet close enough to shopping for what you need. Isolated and quaint. Very pleased and looking forward to booking again for next summer. The host was so helpful and accomodating.
