Minimum Age: The Splash Resort requires the primary renter to be 25 years old. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years.
Policies: In addition to minimum age, the unit has strict policies including "no pets" and "no smoking".
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 6 adults. Children under 3 years of age do not apply.
Check-in: Splash Resort requires a one-time $40 registration fee, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. This fee includes: One parking pass
Pool wristbands for guests ages 12 and older
Each additional vehicle is $40.

Very easy to access and a great location for the kids without a ton of partying and everything at night on the streets which is what we enjoy for the family. Very clean as well.

Our check in was quick and our room was great able to just walk out to the beach and enjoy the sun kids loved the pool options and the area has great little food and drink shops within walking distance amazing Host as well

First Family vacation at Splash Resort

It was our first time staying at splash. Everyone was very nice. It was very clean. With the amount of people elevators were somewhat slow, but to be expected. Overall we would stay there again.

Great view and unit!

The unit we were in was fabulous! The balcony was more than expected and gave us views beyond belief. Very family friendly resort and close to great restaurants, attractions and grocery stores. The ease of checking in and out couldn't have been any easier.

Great location, beach, and room

This resort is in a great spot. It gets a little busy over the weekend, but the beach doesn’t get too crowded. It has a nice cafe, perfect pool area for kids, and a nice bridge to the parking garage. There is a great souvenir shop next to the parking garage. The room is spacious and has all the amenities needed. The owner was great and it was easy to work things out with him.

Amazing Stay

The condo is exactly as described. It was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The setup was perfect with the king bed and sleeper sofa in the main bedroom for us and our little kids. The check in process was seamless and Pamela was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We have already looked to see if we could stay here again but everything is booked. Will definitely stay here again.

Good visit for a snow bird

Is older property and in need of much updating. It is on the quiet end of Panama Beach which we enjoyed. Had a good visit other than being ask to leave before our time was up for hallway maintenance.

The complete resort went for a renovation due to last year's Hurricane Michael. The guest were told to leave 1 week earlier due to floor painting and maintenance to get pass the city audit.
