This awesome villa has almost 3300 sqft of living space and offers the Florida charme - par excellence.

The villa is located on a wide canal with gulf access in the beautiful south-west of Cape Coral. The south-west facing position of this house will guarantee plenty of sun all day long and the gorgeous Florida sunsets with nature views over the mangroves.

Also worth highlighting is the villa's prime location - within walking distance is Sands Park with free courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, Golf Putting green and cornhole. There are also BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground.

Enjoy an unforgettable vacation with a lot of comfort. High quality tiled floor and wooden floor throughout the house makes the villa ideal for allergy sufferers - no carpets! Offering plenty of space on two floors, the house has four large bedrooms - two of them master suites with private ensuite bath. The open living area with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen is great for your family get-togehters. For music and movie fans a very high quality sound system is installed.

The spacious pool area is laid with natural stone. Here you will find loungers to relax, as well as the BBQ grill for real barbecue pleasure. The pool (and spa) is heated and operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
An electricity flat rate is included in the price for bookings made after the date of March 27, 2024.
We have a base price for 2 guests a night. Each additional guest has an extra surcharge per night.
Guests should please clean the BBQ grill after using it. If it is not cleaned upon check out, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

Awesome property! Awesome vacation!

We loved our stay. The house was amazing, and our group enjoyed all the amenities, which were a very good quality. Pool, spa , and the house was very clean. My husband fished from the boat deck, kids played in the pool. Very friendly and quiet neighborhood. We love Cape Coral and we will definitely come back next year!

Beautiful home, but disappointing

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing vacation property. When we arrived, we learned there was an additional $50 cleaning fee if we used the grill(and we would have to refill the propane before checkout). The grill was listed as an included feature, and there was no mention of this fee in the vrbo listing. Also, 2 of the 3 underwater pool sitting stools were broken off and the sharp pvc plastic post tops were wrapped in duct tape(but we still got some leg scratches from bumping into them during our stay). The upstairs A/C was flaky. Ranging up to 82 degrees at times, which made sleeping difficult. The property manager did send in a technician to fix it, which gave us a couple better night sleeps. The dock lights didn't work, until we reported the problem to the property manager. The pool deck area had several ant sand mounds in the cracks, and the lanai wasn't secure since we found dead lizards in the pool. Shortly into our stay, we realized the house didn't have paper towels, napkins, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, kleenex, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo or trash bags. When we asked the property manager about these missing items, we were told these items aren't included with a "holiday villa". The VRBO listing didn't disclose these items would not be included, and actually listed many of these items as included. Over the years we have rented several vacation homes, and we have never needed to purchase such basic items. Whoever stays at this place after us, will benefit from our extra trips to the local stores. Due to covid, the check-in process wasn't in person. It would have been helpful to have an orientation by phone or video on the pool operation, etc... The location was further away(drive time) from areas of interest(Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach). Also, future renters should be aware that the extra electricity cost. We only heated the hot tub 2x's, the upstairs A/C didn't work much, and we were good about keeping doors closed, etc...and our electrical costs were $90. Honestly, this is the first negative review I've left for something. It was just so disappointing to plan, budget, be excited for a vacation....and then experience what we got.

Hi Matt, thank you for your feedback. The grill is included, the $50 cleaning fee is only charged if the grill is not cleaned by the guest after their stay. If it is cleaned, there is no extra charge. Same for the propane gas, only if the guest empties the bottle, he should provide a new one as per gentleman agreement. Sorry if some issues occured during your stay, but please always contact the proeprty management right away so they can help fix them asap. It is very common in holiday villas to only provide items like paper towels etc. for the first few days and not for the whole stay, items like shampoo are not listed in the house features. Sorry you missed the part in the booking agreement with the charge for electricity. Every guest has to agree to it before booking. The total depends on behavior, weather etc and everyone is responsible for their own usage. We hope to get at the opportunity again to host you and your family.
