Our cove is shallow and natural, with vegetation typical of New England lakes. Many guests paddle just outside the cove, anchor, and enjoy clearer water for floating and swimming — an easy, fun setup that families love once they know it.

🔇 Minut Noise detectors are installed inside and the outside the property due to this being a residential neighborhood. If noise levels are above 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes the guest will be in violation of our house rules and could be asked to vacate the property
🚶 This property requires stairs to access and 3 out of 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor which requires additional stairs to access
📹 Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Ring doorbell located next to the front door facing out towards the front entry area and 2 cameras are located on the garage and back deck facing out towards the back of the property and the beach. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras record sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay
🙅 Please note that all cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee, regardless of the timing of cancellation. This fee helps cover non-refundable charges from payment processors. The rest of your refund will be issued based on our cancellation policy.
🔇 This property features 2 noise monitors, one inside and one outside the home. These devices do not record sound (or video), they only monitor noise levels
🛶 The picnic table boat is operated by paddles manually (due to insurance reasons we do not provide a motor)
📉 Seasonal Note: From mid-October to mid-May (depending on lake level and weather), the lake is drawn down. During this time, the dock, swim raft, swimming, fishing, and picnic table boat may not be available.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
