Step inside to a warm, comfortable space featuring wood-accented interiors and large windows that frame stunning lake views. The open-concept main floor is perfect for connection—cook in the fully equipped kitchen, dine together around the table, or relax in the cozy living room. With four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, everyone will feel at home.
We’ve furnished our home just the way we love to travel—with all new beds, new comfy mattresses, and top-of-the-line linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep for all our guests.
Downstairs, enjoy a family room with a sleep sofa and gas stove—perfect for games and movie nights. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level and features its own private entrance with keypad, making it an ideal setup for couples or multi-family groups. Plus, enjoy central air conditioning on both levels for year-round comfort.

Relax on the spacious deck, fire up the grill, or sip your morning coffee as you listen to the loons and soak in the peaceful lake views. The 101 feet of private water frontage features crystal-clear water, a 24-foot dock with a swim ladder, and stone steps for easy access to the lake—perfect for swimming, fishing, or launching your adventures.
Guests also have access to paddleboards and a kayak to explore the pristine waters. After a day on the lake, gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars.

Our guests have exclusive permission from the landowner to explore the beautiful private trails located on the left-hand side of Lord Rd. Enjoy hiking, four-wheeling, or snowmobiling. Message us for more details!
Please note:
• If you plan to bring a jet ski, it must be a 3-seat model to comply with lake regulations.
• This is a quiet, residential area of the lake and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
If you're coming for some rest and relation, and some good old fashioned lake fun then this is your spot.
Please note that 4 of the beds are twin sized beds, 3 of them being part of a triple bunk bed as depicted in the photos. This bedroom was designed and best suited for children.
Ideal maximum for this house is 6 adults w/ the additional bedroom for up to 4 children. It's a fantastic setup for multiple families or couples.
Please note that we can only have 8 Adult Guests MAX in our home. This includes inside the home and in outdoor spaces. Due to town regulations, we cannot accommodate more. We are excited to welcome you to our amazing community and we would love to share our local hidden gems that would be a great alternative spot to meet anyone outside of your registered guests. Failure to comply with this policy could result in additional fees and/or termination of your stay.

Other things to note!
🚗 A car is recommended to get around the area.
🚙There is a private dirt road between the house and the water frontage. It is only used by residents and only a few cars travel down it daily.
🤿 There are stone steps that led directly into the water on the property and a swim ladder on the dock for easy access. The water is clear and great for swimming in this area of the lake.
🚤 The dock has two sides available for your boat or jet skis. Please message for more info if you wish to bring to the property.
🛌 The full bed in one of the main bedrooms will be replaced with a new king sized bed by mid June.
Guest access
The second floor is the main floor and fully available to guests. The 3rd floor is currently unfinished and used for storage and guests will not have access. On the first floor, guests have access to the family room and 4th bedroom, but do not have access the unfinished part of the basement.
Guests have full use of the 101' of water frontage and the entire dock.
