The 2-person studio apartment "Lili" (3 stars) is located in a 2-party holiday home on the island of Krk in the town "Njivice" on ul. 30 Svibnja in 51512 Njivice (Croatia / Kvarner). You can either arrive by car (own parking space available) or by plane. Rijeka Airport is located directly on the island of Krk. From the airport you can reach Njivice by taxi in about 10 minutes. The apartment is about 350 meters from the beach. In the center there is a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, emergency clinic, savings bank, cosmetic studio, various Leisure activities, exchange offices and numerous restaurants.
The apartment is designed for 2 people, is located on the ground floor of the house and measures approximately 21 square meters. It is divided into two rooms (kitchen and bedroom) and a separate bathroom.

The kitchen measures approx. 1.60 x 2.65 m and is equipped with a completely equipped new kitchenette. A small kitchen table and a sofa with air conditioning can be found there. The bedroom measures 2.75 x 2.95 m and is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe and TV. A modern bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and toilet is accessible from the bedroom.

All windows are equipped with fly nets. It also has a small terrace. Animals are not allowed.
Self-catering applies. Bath towels and fresh bed linen are provided once a week. The premises are not cleaned during your stay.
The apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments from 10:00 a.m.

The visitor's tax must be paid on site by the guest in the tourist office. It is a one-time fee of around 20Kn (approx. 3 euros) per person.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und tolle Gastgeberin

Lilis Appartement ist wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt in Njivice gelegen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Lili ist eine tolle und herzliche Gastgeberin und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Perfekte Gastgeber

Die kleine Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Besonders toll ist der Garten voller Blumen, Gemüse und Kräuter mit einem Tisch, zwei Liegen und einer Außendusche. Man ist in weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und in etwa 20 Minuten im Ort mit einigen Restaurants und einer kleinen Promenade. Leider konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht so genießen wie geplant, weil einer von uns am zweiten Tag krank wurde. Lili und ihre Familie waren aber die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen konnte. Sie sind mehrmals mit uns zum Arzt gefahren, haben uns mit zum einkaufen genommen, weil wir kein Auto hatten und haben uns regelmäßig frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten gebracht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Zeit in Lilis Appartement

Wir haben einem super Zeit in Lilis Appartement gehabt. Das Appartement und Garten wunderschön und eine ganz tolle nette Gastgeberin. Aussendusche ist top! Hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Lili und Ivo waren tolle und liebe Gastgeber, die uns zwischendurch mit selbstgemachten Dingen versorgten. Der Garten und sonstige Aussenbereich wurde mit viel liebe gestaltet. Die Außendusche war perfekt. Njivice ist ein sympathisches Örtchen mit guter Gastronomie. Also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Einfach nur wunderschön

Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt bei Lili und Ivo. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und man sieht wie viel Mühe die beiden sich geben. Lili hat uns noch mit Gemüse und anderen Leckereien verwöhnt! Sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gaben uns Tipps für die Region und haben immer geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es sehr genossen bei Ihnen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Eine kleine Oase

Wir haben dieses Domizil geliebt! Das kleine Appartement war sauber und gepflegt, mit absolut allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte, und liegt ruhig, in einem ganz bezaubernden Garten. Die Vermieter sind mega nett, haben uns mit selbstgemachten Leckereien verwöhnt und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen mit viel Grün rundherum

Kleine , saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr angenehmen, freundlichen und gut deutschsprechenden Vermietern. Die Perle der Ferienwohnung ist aber der wunderschöne , vielfältige und gepflegte Garten und Eingangsbereich. Die Vermieterin Lili liebt Ihren Garten und Ihr dürft im Urlaub genießen. Voraussetzung man weiß, was es für Arbeit macht so einen Garten zu pflegen. Als Feriengast besitz Ihr einen eigenen Außenbereich im Grünen mit Außendusche. Wer nicht unbedingt in erster Reihe am Strand schlafen will, ist hier genau richtig. Wir danken Lili und Ihrem Mann für die schöne Woche bei Ihnen.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, nur noch schöner. Das kleine, sehr saubere Appartement ist völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt. Ausreichend sauberes und geschmackvolles Geschirr, verschieden große Gläser sowie Tassen und alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Der Garten ist ein wahres Paradies, ein Idyll zum Wohlfühlen. Von den liebevollen, absolut tollen Vermietern Lili und Ivo wurden wir herzlich begrüßt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir mit div. Leckereien verwöhnt. Wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit wie Fremde gefühlt, eher wie in einem neuen Zuhause an das wir uns gerne Erinnern und bestimmt wieder zurück kehren.

Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen

Absolut empfehlenswert. Kleine gemütliche Wohnung. Absolut sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Heimkommen auf kroatisch

Nach einem unglaublich herzlichen Empfang konnte man gar nicht mehr anders als sich wohl zu fühlen. Der wunderschöne und üppige Garten mit einladender Terrasse, das blitzsaubere wie auch sehr gut ausgestattete Apartment und die ruhige, zentrale Lage taten ihr Übriges für überaus gelungene Urlaubstage. Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen, liebevoll eingerichtet, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht (Klimaanlage, Mückenschutz an den Fenstern). Der sehr gepflegte Garten/ Terrasse mit Bestuhlung kann genutzt werden, hier kann man frühstücken oder auch den Strandtag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Von Lili und ihrem Mann würden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt, sodass wir uns gleich richtig wohl gefühlt haben, auch wurden wir die Zeit die wir dort waren jeden Tag mit frischen Tomaten aus dem Garten versorgt! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!
